English is a compulsory subject at Korean high schools, and NCKorea staff does look in on this forum. They know fully well what's going on over here.
If you want some specific garbage to be disposed of, there are a few things you should keep in mind:
- NCsoft does not care which bunch of losers holds Aden Castle. For the company they are all just cows to be milked. So don't post in the server-specific forum sections. Nobody in Seoul has the time or inclination to sift through that bickering. Post in "General Discussion" instead. There your post has a much higher probability to be seen by a decision-making person.
- Write in plain English, avoid abbreviations and acronyms. Don't write "MA" but "Main Assist", don't write "Nova" but "Renovatio/Einheit".
- Don't link videos, don't link screenshots. Nobody will take the time to click on links. Post the screenshot directly, and cut it out in a way that the quest arrow pointing to a target or whatever is immediately visible without having to enlarge the picture. If you absolutely need to post a video, give a time stamp ("1:05") where what you want to show can be seen.
So, if i understand correctly, NC Korea is perfectly aware of the situation in the US servers; they have actively chosen to be passive
On a side note, one employee left on a business trip and the bans stopped. I bet there is dust everywhere too since he was the only employee cleaning, and people stopped drinking coffee as he was also in charge of making coffee.
