Santa has delivered some great holiday cheer to Aden by helping us apply some server settings! From extra rewards from Nightmare Kamaloka to Revelation Skill reset fee reductions, read up on the changes below! Event ends January 7th.


Double Nightmare Kamaloka Rewards* (see below)
Field Raid Boss respawn time reduced by 50%
Daily Energy of Destruction obtained through hunting doubled (2 > 4)
Appearance rate doubled for enhanced bosses in the Crystal Caverns instance
Fee to reset Revelation Skills reduced (100,000,000 > 50,000,000 Adena)
Fee to reset Ability Points reduce (10,000,000 > 5,000,000 Adena)


Clan skill consumption fee reduced by 50%

* How to get double rewards in Nightmare Kamaloka:

Defeat the Golden Pig that appears when you defeat the Dark Rider in Nightmare Kamaloka.
Golden Pig drops same rewards as the Dark Rider.
Golden Pig does not drop the Extra Pass: Nightmare Kamaloka pass.
Get a Flash Grenade too!

Flash Grenade - Lets you identify hidden targets or traps. Tradable. Can be auctioned, sold in private stores, or stored in private/clan warehouses. Cannot be used in Olympiad or sent through Dimensional Merchant.

So instead of having something like 2x XP/SP...or like...free augmentation removal fee...we get stuffs we don't care at all about?

Have you checked the server stats to see if anyone still is doing Nightmare Kamaloka? The name "nightmare" is apt because that's what it feels like when you realise you've wasted 40 minutes doing it. Doubling the crap rewards will not help. It is still a total waste of time.

Mother’s Wreath Pack 24-hour or 3-Day: Wreath containing a mother's love. Grants invincibility for 10 seconds. Buff cooldown time is 4 hours. While the pack is dimensional, the item inside the pack is not.

is it possible to add: ??
Warm Bear Paws: Keep your hands toasty and fierce with Warm Bear Paws. Can be used with the Weapon Appearance Stone on Fist weapons. Permanent.

No one at NC USA ever played this game seriously. They do not understand it, they do not know it. Their event rewards are based on simple commoner's logic. That is why they can not put more proper items in l2store (and remove useless waste which no one buy). That is why we have such pathetic rewards in this event (Holidays in Aden). That is why bots are roaming around. Any player after 3-4 years of gaming experience can see obvious bots in 1 min and understand that adding soulshots in l2store is ridiculous.
Those at NC USA are not bad people, but... Their lineage2 experience is few hours I guess... All their activity shows that (events, bots, awkward customer support experience).
