Not sure where to post this so ill post it here maybe the GMs will see. I last played the game about 6 years ago but I first started when the game first came out up until then. I am trying to get my account back but Ncsoft has not answered my emails. Can any GM or someone help me try to get them back? They were never banned or anything just deactive. Thanks

try to create a new account with the same email.
although it might work anyway because of the migration of accounts which started a few years back.
anyway, 6 years ago, you could easily start a new character and you would find yourself back where you left off in like a week.
I looked through emails and the last time I activated my account (just to make sure they didn't delete it) was 2011. I've tried to go into the manage account/migration bs but still can't seem to get ahold of my accounts. I made a new one just to look around since it's free and I looked up my old clan and it is still alive with my old character being the leader. I wish Ncsoft would answer my emails lol

Just make a new character, you will be higher lvl than you were before, long before you can manage to get your old account back. Just get active and find a clan.
