What is the best server (eu)??!!??!!

hello guys,
i'm new here and the client is almost Up-to-date!!!:D
so i was wondering what server i should choose!? EU << (i want the best server with best community many people and English-speaking or even...
(DUTCH/NL) Clan (would be awesome)
also i can't find any features about the servers on the site..
i would like t know the Rates / Buff dance song time. enchants etc etc..
if somebody can help me with these things that would be awesome!

oh and i was thinking about joining chronos server.
tell me what you should do!

Greetz and Hope to see you guys soon!

Naia is best for EU players

rates etc. is 1x obviously as these are the official servers and not some random private ;)

max level at the moment is 99 100% and after awakening at lvl 85 you will not use "songs" etc anymore

just login follow the quests and find a mentor to give you a boost in free bufs & xp gain

ok, great thanks so far!:)
i'm quite exited to play (again)
i remember the day of my first Lineage 2 experience.. L2max Interlude i was like 10y/o and now 19:o
i see already MANY changes!
Let's see what it brings!

Greetz and Thanks.

In one week you're going to be super mad, and super *****y. And I'm going to be super bad.
