Small eggs vanishing?

I've had at least 10 of them drop up to now and they all just vanish into thin air on pickup.

Anyone else having that problem?

They show up on the ground, but when I pick them up they don't go to my inventory.

did you update the client?
some times it requires you to update the client to get the skin so that you can see them in your inventory. just be glad you don't see Giant Rabbit heads all over the place... that usually happens when there is an unknown texture the game converts them to rabbits.

Always use the launcher so yes, it updated before I could play.

Apparently wasn't enough to make it work properly though.

But it's working now, someone suggested I run a file repair and that did it.

Fortunately all the small eggs I picked up were waiting in my inventory so no harm done in the end.

yeah, that is how it usually works.
i've had issues where it wasn't showing, but always doing a launcher helped.
but my next suggestion was doing a file check... glad someone beat me to it.
i'd hate to think i'm the only person in this game trying to promote a healthy, friendly, helpful community.

This bug is old as L2 itself (adena/items not showing after pickup)
Just relog - items should be in your eq.

If not - try repair like it was suggested by others

Actually his comment were better than all others, a simple relog will fix this problem.
Considering exiting and running the repair tool will take 5-10 minutes, it will save people alot of time. ;)

Wasn't bad at all to be honest. Took like 2min to run the file repair.

I've had this once. I picked it up, and nothing...
There wasn't a message of "You've earned a Small Draco Egg" message either in the SystemMessage box.
