People had problems running L2 in Windows 8 when it first came out. It had nothing like the errors you are having right now. You can either adopt the previous solution and go back to running L2 on the downgraded version of Windows (Windows 8.1) or wait until L2 becomes compatible with Windows 10, which would probably take awhile since they can't seem to get L2 stable as it is.
This is assuming that you:
1) are not running on a bootlegged version of Windows 10.
2) posted on the wrong server's forums (Private servers always get the "hacking tool" errors).
3) are actually legit (in which case you will be banned soon, considering the current trend of ban hammerage.).
and/or
4) don't have a 3rd party "hacking" tool that GameGuard is detecting that is giving a false positive (Game Guard is notorious in reporting anti-virus programs as hacking tools).

"Stable build" matched with a Microsoft OS is such a running gag. Ok, Sport, play L2 on a Windows 8 machine and wait for the NCSoft dev team to make the game stable enough to be played on Windows 10.
You're playing on an Operating System that's not supported, let alone released - but I'm sure you figured that out already. I don't see any reason for NcSoft to even begin testing/verifying it before Microsoft is done with it.

L2 runs BEAUTIFULLY on win10. It was like playing on a whole new system compared to the mess it was on Win7 recently.
It's gameguard that needs to be updated, and they refuse to get rid of the POS, and they aren't interested in updating it for windows 10 at the moment.

9860 has the old kernel, this kernel has been updated now from 6.3 to 10.0.
9879 used old kernel, but this is the first build where GG start error Hacking tools.

L2 runing some minutes whitout problem, so can see not the L2 was the problem. The problem again the GG like all other previous Win when coming out. (Vista, Win7, Win8)

No, I had to reinstall my copy of windows 7 again because they could provide me no solution and I didn't want to have to skirt around it that way.
I was tempted, because on the same hardware L2 ran better by a very significant degree. I could run 2 - 3 clients on one system with full details better than a single client runs on win7, and they would stay stable much longer. On win 7 I have to exit out frequently because it starts creeping up memory use.
When I contacted GG about it (since NCsoft basiclaly just threw up their hands and said not their problem) they basically said to stop using it and then never replied to another message.
Their user support is just as appallingly bad as NCsoft usually is.
