You shouldn't compare to Innova, it is a private server and they modify their client freely.
But as I know Brooch items became available in Korea too with any newer update in same form as it appeared on Innova servers.
So, yes in shortly It would be good time to NCwest too to add these items to Mammon and let the players buy the brooch items from the Mammon.
Also as loyal customer I say to NCwest, that I happy shopping in L2Store, but only fix items and not luck based ones like the Brooch items. This is mean, that for sure I won't buy NCoins to get lvl 2-3-4-5 items even if they give good stats.
Make available these items at the Mammon than will available to me too and this is additional motivation to buy Prestige Packs, Runes and another stuffs from L2Store.
Currently the Lineage 2 is the best money maker of NCwest (yes better than AION, GW2 or WS) so we deserve the respect.
+1 to the brooches being added to mammon npc this way the castle owners can make some money :))) and in L2store they should add the jewels and not random boxes this way everybody will be happy

But whatever this would be a good stuff from NCwest probably would make the people happier.
And if we look what Summoner99, told that was players who left the game because of this, with this step maybe NCsoft would be able to lure back a part of them also.

It's mostly an impact in Oly, and all you need is one or two to get passed around in a serious Oly clan to make a major difference.
There won't be a ton of randoms with them it's true, but some who get them will likely sell them for a ton of adena. It's mostly going to be to those who can shell out a ton of $$ in the ncstore, or a ton of adena to buy them in game that will get them.

I like the Brooch Jewels because it gives players more items to collect (more to do ingame)
However, I would really prefer that all levels of the jewels be tradeable, to create a mid-level economy for lower-tier players. People put Lv 5's in stores for 20b+. If you look at the Venir's Talisman, the prices normalized after while in the market. I'm fine with p2w as long as it creates a market for the casuals too, rather than exclusive items.

Just wanted to update you on something, it seems that the Fish Stew consumable item will over-ride the stat increasing event buffs from Coco Brownie since they have similar effect.
Last year I spend 100 us on the event highest lvl jewels I have is 3 no topaz and no obsidian those are rare and fail allot with this event people will cash out big to get lvl 4s and 5s and u will see oly will be just rediculas because of topaz
The people that dont spend money on l2 and are low on adena can just erase game today

NCWest's revenue has dropped from 38 million dollars to 27 million, which is why we have this exciting Brooch event at the moment. The increased revenue from Lineage 2 was generated not by NCWest but by Innova.ru, through the great number of monthly subscriptions they got in the middle of November when the Classic servers were opened. Kim Taek-jin says that in the third point of the explanation on the top that page.

I really should not have stayed up and peer-pressured to buy the $100 event brooch jewel packx80. Perhaps I would have made more profit from selling, instead of compounding them to dust.
$100 got me a bunch of single lvl 3 jewels. Failed 5-10x going to lvl 4.
So I'm guessing on average percentage...unless you're just flat out lucky, you'd need to spend $300-500 for around 1-5x lvl 4 jewels. and close to $1000, for some chance at lvl 5s.

the restore happens on Wednesday aka on the day it self and not after the maintenance so if you played on Wednesday prior to the maintenance you most likely used up all the new vitality already..

I mean they aren't essential equipment like accs,armors,weapons,just junks made up to milk losers (Jewel .. wtf).But,%20 ss damage ?? That's %10 pure damage ! Not p,atak or skill power,are you kidding me ? 120 attribute ? Works same way with soulshots,direct damage + %10 - 12... %15 pvp damage reduction,well thanks for being honest on that one.2k pdef,+3 all stats and so on ...
So ignoring most,if i am up against someone with ruby and obsidian,how am i supposed to defeat that guy ? Oh at least ruby has a visual effect so i can qq for him defeating me with ruby ... what about others ?

I'll be honest I really don't like how Lineage2 promote's gambling
it started back in the day with enchanting weapon/armor then skills all the way to a wheel of Aden & low chance compounding nowadays and for some weird reason we all find that normal lmao..
ah well I should have known better so more the fool is me.
On average, it took 9 jewels to get to stage 3. So I used about 63 diamonds, 18 ruby, 36 obsidian, 45 pearls, and 5 topaz (did topaz today and I wrote it down). I'm glad I had been saving adena since late November specifically for this event. It was a blast blowing up all the jewels. It really was.
On average, it took 9 jewels to get to stage 3. So I used about 63 diamonds, 18 ruby, 36 obsidian, 45 pearls, and 5 topaz (did topaz today and I wrote it down). Used 57 rubies so far, still level 2.
Failed around 20 times to lvl 3.
Used around ~65-70 opal so far, only had one attempt for 3 > 4, and it failed of course.
(meaning out of 70 opal, i got 2x lvl 3).
Pearl/Diamond ~10x each for lvl 3, both succeeded on 2nd attempt.
Cant complain there..
Conclusion, buy these and gamble if you got a sturdy desk.
If you're not on santa's good boy list, you'll be in for a nice ride..
it can be really messed up odds though.. 100+ topaz boxes and no lvl4 topaz is pretty sad.. that person is now quitting the game as he got tired of it all.
Guys before you start doing lvl5 jewels :)) i highly recommend you think about it ! :) Because that crap will cost you a fortune.
Its is ok to do aquamarine imo its rly cheap :) as for the other boxes i give u example :
Obsidian had 300 boxes. Yah 300 pure obsidians. Oh well i decided to risk and do the best of it i can :D
Out of 300 Obsidian boxes i made 4x lvl4 obsidians :)
Guys just think about it. from lvl3 to lvl 4 sometimes i failed 8 in a row.
I mean that was literaly 8x lvl3 fails.
Considering that going to lvl5 chances are drasticaly lower. You need definitely not 4x lvl4 jewels .
U want lvl 5 ? better buy it from that lucker who selling it.

I have no idea how to make topas lv5 or ruby . Imo 100-200m x 300+ boxes ? Topaz lv5 is priceless.
