Emergency maintenance is complete. As a show of appreciation for your patience with the additional downtime, we've spawned the Tersi's Herald in all towns. Tersi's Herald will be handing out 1-hour Dragon Boost buffs for the next 3 hours. The Dragon Boost buff give you 100% XP/SP.

This Nevit NPC was good idea it even was more useful honestly than the 1 week long Freya buff.
I was very offensive in my earlier post in server maintain topic to way of NCwest team (I had right anyway:D). But I'm happy and thankful for, that kind of compensations and probably every players too.
Just yes since not everybody knew about this compensation maybe you should respawn the npc tomorrow too. Or let him to be online on the weekend.
I remember when back in time NCwest made double XP weekends it was very funny:)
And those not affected by the emergency maintenance should be compensated, why exactly? :o
I logged into the game before leaving for work, setup a buy shop for event items and didnt get any because I was disconnected shortly thereafter. This compensation doesnt really help in my situation. But I dont think anything could.
What was the reason for this emergency maintenance?
