Hi, i have just returned back to play after event Noel 2014, will i can receive Return Back pack, which have chaos essence ? Im not receive any rewards from game, it said that it given to dimensional warehouse, but i've checked, nothing. I really want chaos essence to change my mistake chosen. Please help me.
The guy says after noel event, which doesn't meet the conditions. No,you won't get them in warehouse too.You are too late for it.
I missed that event with 2 days.
I search from the old thread at 30-July-2014 (Announcing Return Back pack) and it said that if I make a new char from the same account and farm it to 85, i will also have the rewards except Metal appearance. The rewards can share between other char in same account through Dimensional Merchant. I want to know, does it still effect until now or it just happen in 30 days after event begining ?
The Return Back Pack was only available for players during the event timeframe, which was the launch of Ertheia. The items were deposited to the warehouse, and if they were not claimed, they were removed with the maintenance period on 08/27/2014. This was a separate event from the Fated Support Box, which is granted to new characters created after the launch of Ertheia (07/30/2014).
While we apologize if you were unable to claim the items during the event, we are unable to offer you a restoration or reimbursement for the items.

How's about you just play the game and not look for a handout? Your welcome back is the game you get to play. This ain't no soup kitchen.
