skill cooldown

I'm a new Seer 87 lvl just looking for some tips. Is there any equipment I need to help the cool down / reuse time on skills? Any MUST have stuff from NC store or belts, augments, Jewls? What about Dye's...I have +Wit - Men right now....I have no idea what the CHA and LUC dye's are about. I have right now only Baiums ring and frint necklace...I also have AQ ring and Zak earring but those are no good for this class right? I have TW+4 robe set and +4 R grade mage blunt weapon with 2 SA....all this is from summon class. Just trying to max out damage for PVE and PVP.

Enhanced Istina necklace or blessed Valakas for cd. Eva's Rune. Assuming you have the money to afford them.

Are the Eva's rune in L2 store?

eva rune can be purchased for short time from players if they have any left from an event 20 years ago, or you can get a 30 day eva rune from the special packs in the L2 Galleria.

Yes you get one 30 day in each monthly a Prestige pack

Enhanced Istina necklace or blessed Valakas for cd. Eva's Rune. Assuming you have the money to afford them.

Doesnt have to be enhanced.

Regular istina necklace has 10% for all skills.

Enhanced 10% for magic skills.

I suggested enhanced version also for the other bonuses... No reason to let your Istina crystals collect dust.

Obviously, non enhanced version is better if the Seer has a fighter-type dual class that could use the clean Istina neck bonus.
