From what I understand, will be one entry per person(to nominate one skill name)
And if the same person use a new entry to be identified with a different e-mail address or even different character(alt character or secondary) in which you are participating. (And thus, can compete more than once)
What would be the criteria for such a situation?
In my view, if only the aforementioned rewards were not transferred, in my view it would be fair.

Summons the melee type servitor 'Soul Specter' that specializes in single attacks.
Every "Summon" skill of wynn actually is named "Summon x x" so in this case it can only be "Summon Soul Specter"...how are we suppose to change the name to a skill so...ahem...static?

It makes me disappointed. :( There are many people playing from Europe, they have nothing with this useless event because it cannot be reached through real world location... I don't know the precise numbers and ratios, but my bet is the European players have almost half of the whole server on Naia.
My question is why ??? why NCSoft differentiate the ppls by their location ? I feel it is not so fair to give advantages by locations... Also what will be the next ? A table on Lindviorr' or Valakas' entrance with the text :"U.S. residents only" ??
If you guys read the FIRST PAGE OF THIS THREAD, you'd know it's a legal term they have to put in their contest announcements, but it has practically no meaning because you're not forced to reveal where you come from.
I have a great name that can be suited for any skill for any class.

Just remember, you guys all from overseas etc chose to play a server based in USA...don't hate cuz ya don't live here and can't participate in certain USA only events etc...
