last wednesday, the NC staff attempted to snuff out spam by changing the level requirement to use public chat to 85.
so therefore you would only have party and clan.
here i was thinking you might have a technical problem, but i guess this would make more sense.

you didnt understood did you? what i meant was i just got 2 chats available cuz of the spam of adena sellers obviously! i had to deactivate all chats except 2.
Not bad NCSoft, u made your own game unplayable again, congratz on that.
i had to block like 10-20 adena Spammers in 1 day this on 3 accounts which made an crazy amount of blocks. So since im not a person that blocks much i have a free blocklist, question is for how long? Other question is, am i willing to block 10-20 adena Spammers a day on 3 different accounts?
Answer: no, not anymore, with all this bad stuff that is alrdy running on the Servers it only shows how handless and bad NC Stuff (god knows why they are since noone of them is talkinganything) is to not do anything against this for days.
(And yes a good MMORPG has even on weekends People who could handle this mess u call a game).
So for me i go and cancel all my monthly subscribtions, evas rune is nice but it's worthless for PvE and PvP is anyway destroyed for a long long time now.
Seriously it would be better to just close all the servers at NC West cause the only thing NCSoft gets from L2 here and now is a really bad reputation for future games.
