Error code 114, etc..

I've tried everything, just everything, and can't log in.. What are the options beside giving up?

I had this error with AVG antivirus blocking gameguard :f

I have the same problem because of AVG. Exemption doesn't work. I simply deactivate the anti-virus with no windows that involve in the internet. But Im wondering, is it safe? Although I activated it after the appearance of encoding of user and pw on game. Just wanna know that does viruses leaks to my machine even though no windows that involves internet is opened? tnx
