Some questions about Cardinal

I am cardinal (Elf), I do my good character in mass pvp and I read that the best class is Eva Saint.
I have some questions.

First, if I change the class to Eva Saint dyes or level I lose? I have + 10CON

Second, what would be a good combination to cardinal? (dyes + accesories ...)

Third, HP DualClass skill can be learned at level 85 and later go up your level or have to save the items to be 99 with dualclass?

No one can answer at least the last two questions?

I mean I'm Elf but when I returned to play after two years I chose Cardinal.

Knowing that not lose the level nor the Dyes is definite that'll I go change to Eva Saint.

Please read this phorum. Basically everything has been already discussed.
Regarding dyes:
there are several consideration. All of them might be right under their meant circumstances.
You can go +15 CON / - whatever STR - it gives some HP bonus to PvP (personally I am not fan of this, but I believe that people can have good experience with that).
You can go +15 WIT / - as least as possible MEN - it gives you cast speed in case you use ++ light set and some Mcrit rate which you will most probably not use because Mcrit rate for heals is capped at 33 % which is around 300 Mcrit rate.
You can combine WIT/CON/MEN dyes. With for cast speed, CON for HP, MEN for debuff resist. Completely depends on you and your wallet.

Shirts:
I dont play for more than half year but I think enchanted elemental shirts +8 are probably the best choice. I think paagrio has got celestial at +8, I am not sure. Basically go for any shirt. Everything gives you some bonus. The iinteresting things start at +6 if I remember well.

Accesories:
+5 % Mdef / +5 % Pdef / +3 WIT / +3 CON - take whatever you think you need to boost.

Go +WIT to the point where you have at least ~1800 cast speed with no daring and a cutter. Then go +CON with the rest of your dyes and bracelets etc.

All Dual skills (85, 90, 95, 99) make a total of 24% HP Boost going in stages per level range.

Put your first 8 AP into HP (+40% HP).

With AP, dual Skills and a cutter each +1 CON is another ~1k HP.

Shirt Wise +6 or higher Shiny Shirt is the way to go. +7 gets maybe a celestial skill I can't remember (I have +6). The +7 or higher regular elemental shirts are worse than +6 shiny and harder to get.


For mass PvP Cardinal and Eva's are about the same to be honest, maybe even Cardinal a bit better. Cardinal has Prayer and Elemental resist buffs, which give a decent heal boost and makes the party take less damage, EE buffs are weak in pvp (5% melee resist not as good as 30 elemental defence), but the re-use is nice. Maybe it's just because my 2nd healer in siege is a cardinal and I'm jealous of her buffs, lol.
