Yesterday the forum user called GoodKnightzzzzzt has made a startling confession of his illegal activities on the Chronos server. He made a new thread entitled "WizardOfTheNorth in bananaland" or something of the sorts in which he confessed that "BECAUSE OF HIM, AND THE FACT THAT HE ASKED HIS WHOLE APEX ALLY (the most numerous alliance in the Chronos server) to report the player named WizardOfTheNorth, hereby ABUSING THE PETITION SYSTEM, WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE, BASING HIS ACUSATIONS PURELY ON SPECULATIONS AND HEAR-SAY, the player named WizardOfTheNorth was banned. FURTHERMORE, if that acknowledgment did not suffice to prove his ABUSE OF THE PETITION SYSTEM, he stated to another forum user called "DorkDozer" the following threats if I am not mistaken: that "IF HE GOT WIZARDOFTHENORTH BANNED, IN THIS ILLEGAL MANNER, HE CAN GET HIM BANNED ASWELL.
Since when do you people tolerate this kind of abuse of your petition system? You really should reconsider ALL PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE PETITIONS FROM APEX ALLIANCE MEMBERS, to prevent further ABUSE OF THE PETITION SYSTEM! Why is this sort of action tolerated and not sanctioned? How come 100+ people can submit a petition WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE, about someone they probably never met in their life, not anywhere on the game map, or otherwise? Why is this player allowed TO SUMBIT DIRECT THREATS TO OTHERS regarding his ABUSE of the PETITION SYSTEM? I really want to know if this is a game where I can play every day, come back to with joy and spend my hard earned money on your L2 Store and not have to worry about this kind of pathological individuals, getting me, my clanmates or other people banned because they abuse the fact that they have superiority in numbers and ABUSE THE PETITION SYSTEM.
I am posting this here and now because I am considering the fact that THAT THREAD IS NOW GONE, more than likely by him deleting it, and his THREATS and AKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ABUSING THE PETITION SYSTEM might go unnoticed by GM-s or forum moderators.
I am not playing here and spending hard earned money on discovery packs, runes, vitality maintainers, events, jewelry boxes and tons of other stuff, just so ONE DAY, when this deranged individual or someone like him don't have someone to obsess with (because noone wants to talk to them, like it happens now) and put me in their O.C.D target sights, I could be falsely accused of something and MASS PETITIONED by this sort of ADMITTED ABUSER OF THE PETITION SYSTEM!
PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS GO UNNOTICED, AND SANCTION THOSE INVOLVED IN THE APEX ALLIANCE, INCLUDING THIS CLEARLY OBSESSED AND PATHOLOGYCAL INDIVIDUAL.

Well I know for real bot users, urban legend say the Magmeld ppl send 50+ bot report and one well know clan leader who buff rb's and kill after inside bot pt alone got ban but fro total legit person to get ban just from petition w/o real boting is total nonsense if you ask me.

The forum user called Goodknightzzzzzt has claimed that he got WizardOfTheNorth banned by using mass petition spam abuse by the Apex Alliance, AND THEN THREATENED ANOTHER PLAYER that he will do the same to him! The text has punctuation, I am sorry that you've somehow missed 30 commas, all the question marks and the exclamation signs, the parantheses I made or the quotation marks. I tried to format the text, as you can see that the sentences start from the beggining of the line, but I am not a forum warrior like you guys and apparently I failed. I've been a clan leader before, I've been involved in plenty of situations where people have mass reported me because they don't care for me/my clan/ally. I've been bot checked numerous times, ported around, had GM's pop up to say hi, etc. The only thing I never had happen was being ported to the consultation room.

lol I saw the marks etc but you could of separated your text to make it a lil easier to read. :D

You can certainly get banned even if you aren't botting.
But there's more activities that aren't allowed than just your toon botting.
Being in party regularly with botted toons and getting free XP/adena/drops.
RMT trades, account sharing, etc.
Some things don't get you banned on a regular basis, but if they need to turn their eye on you can be used as easy justification for a ban.
Look at old Nova on bartz, they didn't get banned for botting or RMT. They got hit for account sharing because it was the only thing they could really pin on them easily.
Funny how both you (Asynja) and Shakazulu have the same year AND month as join date on the forum, and comment in the same threads, mostly of them including WizardOfTheNorth bashing threads made by GoodKnightzzzzzt. This reminds me of a tactic that russian propaganda trolls use to distract attention from the subject at hand, and that is starting a discussion amongst themselves, deflecting the attention from the subjact at hand, which is AT LEAST ONE SEVERE ABUSE OF THE PETITION SYSTEM COMMITED BY THE APEX ALLIANCE.
Also, as a former clan coleague of WizardOfTheNorth I can say that he doesn't use ANY 3rd party software. I spoke with the guy almost every day for more than 3 months. NOT EVEN ONCE did he mention ANY kind of 3rd party software, or invited me to commit illegal activities, as you "people" claim. Also, EVERY GOD**** MEMBER THAT WE CAUGHT USING 3RD PARTY SOFTWARE WAS EXPELLED. FIRST WE GAVE THEM A WARNING, THE SECOND "WARNING" CONSISTED OF DIRECT EXPELL! EVEN PEOPLE THAT I BROUGHT TO THE CLAN OR FELLOW ROMANIANS OF MINE THAT I BROUGHT TO THE CLAN WERE EXPELLED WITHOUT ANY MERCY OR CONSIDERATION FOR 3RD PARTY USERS!! So why don't you butthurt people leave this guy alone, leave my clan alone and go take a walk outside instaed of creating false propaganda about a guy who can play Lineage 2 better than you can play with yourselves? well some ppl play here pre GOD, some play after GOD, I play from 7 Jan 2012, and my forum is from Apr 2012 when I migrate my ID to Mail and in same process I create forum name.
PS: your clan give 2 warning before kick. You proly know the one time bot is bot for forever. WE not give and not even talk with bots in my clan to tell them to stop bot, they will be kick in 1st leader log after we get sure test the they are bot users. Why only one have kick = because structural system 1+3 (leader + officers) To not be kick w/o anyone of that 4 person know reason. All 3 officers must know and say + for kick and leader is also for + because only he may kick = approve action vs some bot or person who not deserve to have our tag...
GMs dont go and ban someone just because a whole ton of ppl said so. They investigate.
If they find you did something worthy of a ban, you get banned.
Now, given the facts so far, logic would lead us to believe that the character WizardOfTheNorth got investigated and was found guilty of banworthy actions.

Yes, obviously we are the same people because our forum accounts were created in the same month and we happen to be posting in a couple of the same threads. Even though we both have several posts to our accounts and sound absolutely nothing like each other.
