As title says I am new here but definitely not new to L2. I used to play L2 back in the day like 12 years ago and I've played on and off since then, well I've decided to come back and give it another go :) I don't really know what server or class I'm even going to play yet but I'm really looking forward to getting on again after many years.
I'm mainly writing this post because I really would like to meet some folks that play still and possibly get some guidance here and there. Also possibly get into a guild and make some friends.
I'll post later to let everyone know what server I end up joining if my game downloads before I hear from anyone on here. But can't wait to hear from you guys and look forward to playing with some of you guys in the future.

Time to sail the veils and leave it already.
Just by giving a look around the forum you will figure out the actually situation of the servers : pretty dead / unplayable.
I suggest you to pick up Naia or Chronos as servers since they're the most populated (pick base to ur GMT).
But what you gonna find is an impossible road to travel w/o uber-"donations" and quite an annoing never-ending farm (since you came now that we're gonna get the new level cap)
I too would recommend Naia or Chronos, all other servers are basically dead.
The downside of those 2 servers are the massive amount of PVP scripts and the amount of gear some people have, but its either that or playing on a server that is pretty much dead.
Dont forget to update people with your nickname & server :)
If you'll decide to go on Magmeld, ill give you a PM :o
Well give it a try, it's free. However just keep in mind there are people who play this game that you can't compete fairly with. They use scripts and spent a lot of money in the game store. There's fun to be had here, just have to find the right people.
It's a lot daily instances or mini quests after 85. Most of them require party. There isn't much for solo play on the higher end of things. I got burnt out doing the same things, some people like it and the safety of not being pestered in an instance.
