You guys need to realize what a Preview site actually is. It just gives you a glimpse of what's coming in the next game update, whereas not everything is shown obviously. Therefore you have to wait for the patch notes to be published, duh...
It's the same as what they did at NC Japan. They only gave certain info of the update, okay they included some of the Ertheia skills, but other than that, not much of a difference of what we got to see on our Preview site :p

True Celty, but with 6,5 day till the update the official patch notes should've been out already or at least been published today. There are plenty of things changing for existing skills, items and game mechanics and the people that will ding lv100 just on launch of IO want to have confirmed they been reading for the past 6 months.

The Ertheia update launched on the 30th, whilst the patch notes were made public on the 25th, if I'm not wrong. So maybe we get the IO patch notes till the end of this week? :p or they're just slacking! :D

Just had an update on the patch notes; they were hoping to be done by Friday, but it looks like they'll likely be available in the afternoon (PST) on Monday, April 20th.

This is actually very sad for the ones who still care. You could just post them during the update maintenance downtime with the same success.

well you will have time to look in notes and make some action if you need/like to make before update. Yes notes need to be up before month but as all time NC is slow... I just hope the will not be ninja updates out of notes as change "price" in items in oly menager when all was made x2 fame, or delete items from mentor NPC, or many others change out of all official info's...
There is a lot new XP quest that make you lv100 in 20 min. if they public it now , everyone who trying catch 100% before update, will end and stop buying runes for the next week, thats all ;)
