As far as I understand, they are going to scam us by offering only a partial compensation.
For example, if you had some skill enchanted to +10, you receive 10 immortal codexes to get it to +10 after the update.
But with the new enchant system at +10 your skill will have the stats that you had at +5 before.
And then if you decide to get from +10 to +20 (i.e. recover the stats achieved before) it will take billions of adena and SP. So, only a few overly rich people will be able to accomplish that.
Well atm to enchant skill you not need SP, just adena and book,
with immortal +0 adena = 100% success
with normal and mastery need "normal" and x10 "normal" adena and success depend of skill and lvl.
we still not know if enchanting skills will change the in ncwest will again need SP to +++ and not know how much adena will need form +11 to +20. we also still not know did atm books will may use after update just in 1-10 or after 10 also, how system will will work with +10 stage and if fail after did sty in +10 or back to +0....
all what we know is the to up skills to +20 you will need to sell you kidney...
hello you play in Korea? they have atm 0 sp for skills per +?
In innova topaz not open and all other is in MOM, in Korea topaz open one time for 14 days and never back agian, and we got every bot with auto topaz to cancel our skill casting and make damage for all typo of celestial. You still believe you you play same L2 with others L2 servers in world?
Total: 1.538.000.000 IF you make success in first try to +20. I smell more adena sinking for legit ppl (we are the only ones that actually suffers with this kind of changes). Gz!
Immortal scrolls should be in large amounts for players with all or most their skills +9-10 and they should be usable up to +20 or we should ask for our total spent Adena and not lolscrolls.
Personally I've spent 12-13bil adena on my skills.

The enchantment reset on Wednesday is deliberately designed to drain excess adena from the servers. For skill enchanting you don't give your money to other players but to the Enchantment Fairy in the interface, i.e. the adena is really and terminally gone from the world :)

Lets all agree that "Excess Adena" is only from botters or those so called "Legit players " that run bot trains by the hundreds on the side to make money for them or the "Actual Bot Farmers" who have "excess" adena...
Real legit NEW players are poor and PUSHED to buy adena to actually get started or to be able to push past lvl 87.
Even if they do swamp + shuttgart quest daily and sell the items they get in Kartia, id does NOT cover shots money let alone make them able to save up some money to by a Twilight set which they will need at lvl 90 or even 95.
Averagly a player lvl 85 used up to 5000 - 10 000 R grade shots depending on the class, do the math those poorly earned 1.500.000 adena does NOT cover that.

On the bright side, as an ISS I can enchant all my random not important skills (Buffs) for +10 time and then get immortal scrolls back and use them on other skills?
If its only useable to +10 this doesn't help much, but if you can stockpile the scrolls and use them to go past +10, then its not terrible. Also, those prices dont seem to insane OTHER than the fact that if you fail you would start from zero again. Could we get a screenshot with mastery prices? :D
So ~6B Adena and ~12B SP for +20 try with blessed. Top HUE.
Yeah....that's a little nuts. Way more expensive and as we all know, after "x" number, blessed will be the way to go. Probably after +10 I guess?

This was possible before so I think the will be same now, I have 213 + 160 enchants in my skills in main and dual, need to get 373 immortal books who I will invest in skills who need me so I hope will be all ok.
Also ppl not need to use immortal for 1-5/6 enchants after update, so they make lets sey +5 with normal book+adena and continue to +10 with immortal book w/o any cost. you may get big number of +10 skills.

Again, where you read the we will need in NCSOFT servers SP for enchant skills and same number of adena, don't talk before notes, also dont forget the not not all skills have same adena cost per +++, In thins moment if you try 9>10 with mastery in some skill cost you book+~90kk adena and in some skills need book+~140kk adena...
Just had an update on the patch notes; they were hoping to be done by Friday, but it looks like they'll likely be available in the afternoon (PST) on Monday (http://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/pst), April 20th.

we will get the same stuff Korea got, the only reason some things are slightly different here compared to them is due to in-consequent patch releases which only happened once aka unlike them we did not get the remove all 2nd & 3rd class skills but that's about it.
anyways you trolls will see it soon enough be that on patch notes or ingame in a few days ;)
ps, do not bother arguing based on NC Store related stuff as those do NOT factor in on actual Game Content Updates
