well.. yesterday i freshly reinstall my windows and only thing i had in was GPU Drivers and freshly installed L2 after Infinity Odyssey was opened i try to log but it start giving me things like hacking tool detected, GameGuard fail and this kind of errors i try to disable firewall/Windows Defender everything and problem seems to continue i have some friends which already playing ... i'm using windows 10 rev 9920 ...

Don't use Windows 10, it isn't officially supported, nor is it officially released by Microsoft. And you aren't going to get support for it here either, you're expecting to run an 11 year old game that was designed for XP on an OS that isn't even released yet.
