Increased M.atk?

So in Infinite Odyssey we got new updated passives right?

Old Weapon Mastery = +103 m.atk.
New Weapon mastery = +1458 m.atk and +24% m.atk (at 99).

Before the update I had ~130,000 m.atk for PvE.
After Update I have ~130,000 m.atk for PvE.

Anyone actually noticed an m.atk increase?
60k-62k matt

give or take a few
Hmm, I'm guessing this is either a bug or we already had the 24%, it just wasn't on the skill description.

So much for balancing out everyone's m.def boosts by giving healers and summoners increased m.atk. :(
my question is how the hell are you getting high matk mine is only 16k with inquisitor lol

yea yea i know noob right? :D

16k? :O (Inquisitor doesn't increase m.atk btw).

I have +4%, +18%, +14% M.atk from AP/Dual skills, +16% from healer AP trigger skill, 109 INT, +9 Bloody Retri, +20% from 30 day B.Valakas, +15% from robes, +10% from m.atk circlet, clan skills, ISS buffs, Rose etc. Lots of things stacked. :P

P.S. Just noticed you're another UK player. :D

yea im not even 99 yet so thats why i guess lol only 77% to go :/

yea not many uk players i notice ^^
I've noticed my MAtck going a bit further than I had before, but wasnt that impressive either. I'm suspecting that this 24% MAtck boost is being applied at base MAtck (ie. unbuffed, only with weapon up), so it's not 24% on top of your MAtck as you had before (base MAtck x % from buffs x 0.24), as you might expect, but all the buffs/jewels gotta work on that base matck added with this 24% boost [(0.24(base Matck) x % from buffs)], what would explain why we can barely see any change.
