Ok So my PC has been down since right before this update. I come back to game and I have these immortal scolls in my wh from the skill enchants I had which are nice, but my question is what about the billions and I mean billions of adena I had invested into my oe'd skills. Where is that compensation at?

Why should they reimburse the adena you spent? They've given you a scroll that guarantees a +1 to your skill without any further cost. So your investment wasn't lost.
Also, go farm some of the new areas, the adena drop is pretty good.
In Lineage 2 there are risks in enchanting, you risked your adena in order to achieve a higher level skill enchant. So what you are saying is NcSoft should give you money back for you taking the chance of getting a ++ skill that you fully knew you would lose the money at that very point in time, also it benefited you while you had the old enchant system. What I am getting at is there is no need for NcSoft to give anyone anything but what they have. They gave you reimbursement for the skills you successfully achieved while you were gambling your money away. Welcome to the game that is known as Lineage 2.
