WTB Dual Class change but keep level item (I still have certificates to do this on subclasses!).
My Wynn is almost 100, I've had Wynn since GoD launch and even with the IO boosts it's still one of the worst pvp classes (too many anti-debuff buffs and debuff reflects in game).
I really need to switch it to a fun PvP DD class since my main is my group PvP support toon.
I know tons of people who'd play their duals more if they could change them without going to 0.

Today an event started in Korea where you can change your Dual Class for a fee of 667 Gemstone R-Grade with the level being maintained and only the skills being reset:

well korea got infinity update ~10 months ago, so maybe this will happen in our servers till end of year or next year also :) Save your gem R from Istina :D

But ppl this not mean main<>dual, this is main sty main and change dual to other dual just with same lvl and lose all what you have from skill++ or etc. This good just for ppl who not like play some dual and change to other. PPL like person in post up here who have main 97 and dual 99 not may change dual to main and go Oly or etc...
This is maybe only good if some like to change dual to ISS or Healer (if they are not iss/Healer in main) and play dual for massive pvp. Be DD/DD-DD/Tank know to be boring and is not any good in game.
I lol at the change of class thru a ticket, if people can do that then a lot of "Perfect Bot Groups" would be formed, but if ncsoft put in check the bots would be a way of getting to end game faster. Allowing fast xping bots to just change class would be bad for the game.
My main reason on wanting to swap my Main/Dual positions it to take part in Olympiad on my Dual also. If his was allowed would work for my wants/needs.

Have you ever tried to get groups with a summoner etc compared to a support toon like ISS or Healer?
Healer is really easy to find groups and XP, no one wants people playing their DD class until all the support spots are full.

that's corect for higer levels, (95+ or even 97+), before that almost everyone have few healer/iss box chars to fill these spots and doesn't want real ppl for that

Theres a lot of things unfair in game, example: someone with a 1000$ budget to waste every month in game gives them the advantage over otheres. The game is a buisness,and ncsoft should meet its clients requests.
My case i want to change my 97 yul main to my 99 othel dual.
Like i said,i have 25% xp 10AP and this is worthless on dual class on this update with the troll exalted quests. All my skills are ++ up on dual and i realy dont want to wast aden and sp on my main.
Start a new caracter is not an option cause ill rather go to euro server,ill level faster and cheaper there.
To end,if theres a chaos pomander,and there was a "destiny stone" (allows you to change your main to other class) there should be and option to change Main <> Dual,i know a lot of ppl that would be very happy with this.

You should have made a new account and made a chr insted of wasting time on dual if you wanted to be a main.
If you willing to spend money just make a new chr buy runes and lvl fast.
