Hi, it says in-game that the veteran Packs will be available until 27th of May. Or will they be removed this maintenance? Would like confirmation on this as i have many accounts, and may not be able to complete this operation by today.

Veteran packs are still available up until the 27th like the store page notes. Was just a reminder for players to pick them up while they're still available. I'll make an edit.
Thank you GM. Btw., with regards to the current week's mount promo, there is something wrong with the Mount- Jet Bike. I believe the devs have forgotten to flag it as a dimensional item along with the rest; as a result it cannot be traded within an account. But i think it was intended to be dimensional, and you have limited its purchase to 1/account along with the rest.

Wish you guys would let us know the new items to be available in the L2 Store the day before. This way I can cut open my mattress and send monies to my paypal so I can buy them alls.

Almost had an heart attack !! might be a bug GM should look at it. After reading the Maintenance note that the event mount will end today. I rush to buy the (7) event mount on my seller dwarf in town. I fail to purchase them since I was still in shop buy mode. My seller dwarf had a blonde moment:) so I cancel shop mode and bought all 7 mount for 7 nccoin. Great all 7 event mount are tradable through dimensional merchant so back to Buy shop mode again.
!!!!!! My heart skip a beat !!!!! Message not enough adena come up to open my shop mode. I did not make any change to my shop mode all item and price the same. I look at my adena abount and it is -95% of what I had. I panic and thought I might have setup wrong buy price and lost 95% of my adena. Scrolling through the system log screen I see nothing was purchased. Account was alway on and in shop mode all day no disconection and no one else has access to my account. Before I submit the ticket to NCSOFT support I thought to myself could the the 7 event mound might have cause this? Do I dare to relog and log back in with a small 1% my adena will return since I cannot figure out what happen to 95% of my adena. !!!!!!!!!
<<< NCSOFT LADY LUCK BLESS ON ME >>>, after I relog back on my seller dwarf - My adena amount is back to normal full 100% amount. My heart skiped two beat once for adena lost and adena return. Don't scare me like that NCSOFT, I'm to young to have have a heart attack :)

There's soooo many people with terrible dual classes, such as summoner, who'd pay $$$ to change them to something they enjoy playing!
It should not be an event it should be permanent IG (adena sink mode), or L2store so they can make money. But hey I'm not their manager.
If they can't see the potential in this well.. People get bored playing same class over and over again. So changing dual while keeping lvl makes the game more interesting. We get the joy, they get the money.
I have no idea why they didn't implement this.
I was bored with my Titan I reroled from lvl 98 to ES. Now ES is 96 and I'm bored with ES. That would mean I would have bought 2 tickets already.
Just wanted to provide an update as it's been provided to me. The L2 Store and other purchase functions are still down because a backend maintenance has been ongoing on them (that didn't affect server login, so the game has been available to play since earlier this morning). They're working on resolving the maintenance as soon as possible, which will then restore purchase functionalities. We apologize for any inconveniences, though.
What are the new L2 store items? Please tell me there are Expertise scroll/rune packs Lvl 99 that last at least 7 days, so I can use them with the ongoing event.

Why can't anyone reply to my questions about the veteran rewards? I was directed to the official forum by the 'support team' as the 'only way' to contact and communicate with the 'development team', but this road has more tumbleweeds on it than I can count as far as customer service goes. It's a time-sensitive situation, but I guess if you wait long enough the answer will be easier - woops, too late, sorry!
