The question is simple. Should an Othell have the Kelbim weapons as his/her target for 99+, assuming he/she can afford them ofc.
Would be nice reading the opinion of Othells that already use them.

there is no such thing as end game to othell class and weapons , kelbin weapons come , as an upgrade tipe of weapon like tauty axes, ron blunts and tipe like that. As a dager you alwaise have a big- chance to land:)) i killed kelbing dager with apo shaper in duel 1v1:) there for np:)) and im not a op dager yet. End game weaponds you can call topaz from jwls aded on brouch . but a dager weapond:))
