Are they Gametime cards or NCCoin cards? Gametime cards were phased out beginning about a year before the game went to "Free to Play". Their codes were accepted on a temporary basis. It's been about 4 years since then and it's highly unlikely that they are being accepted at this point. If you have a NCCoin card code or a serial code for in game items for purchasing an NCCoin card, it's best to submit a ticket to customer support.

Hi Yvette, we are having issues with time card codes and any other serial code outside of our NCoin game card. This is known issue and we are currently waiting on a resolution for it.
