Does your mouse have a wheel at the center? for scroll up and down?
Just right click then use the wheel on the mouse for zoom in and zoom out.
Page Up/Page Down maybe will help, also try change resolution, maybe you have low resolution in big screen The Problem is that i can't change game resolution in game

Alt+Enter to make win mode of game
Alt+ L to reset all in original location
Alt+Shift+O to open option menu, then go video and change to some what fit in your screen.
i had that problem long time ago .. very long time :)
just stretch your game window and repead that, as if you`re viewing extra large picture in the net. click and drag the window to the left and in time you'll get to the options menu
/edit/ check your screen resolution
first are you in full screen mode? if so, ctrl+enter, this will change to window mode. Then exit game.
go to C:\program files (x86)\NCSOFT\LineageII\system\
and in there edit the file WindowsInfo.ini
look for this:
[ScreenSize]
w=1360
h=768
and change those numbers to something your display can fit. I Tried But it didn't let change it. I Just Did alt + enter and my game was on Win Mode And Then i Maximize The Screen And Then It Was Okay
