you port from npc to special server area - near sookie
then sign there at NPC (they will spawn 30 min before raid start if im remeber right) for your location - its your choise where to kill RBs (giran/aden/gainak/gludio/shutgart/etc..)
then go to your loc and wait spawn/kill rb
only 1st raid killers will get chanse for extra reward
and only 1 person out of 200 will get special reward there (bloody stone/etc)
idk if you can buff bosses to prevent kill it fast in other places
and i think, but not sure, - ppl (who wasnot sign for example) can go and start pvp at any bosses to slow some of them and get you more chances or come help you kill faster

I know this has been fixed in favor of the players who are (or will be) in the quest-specific in the last batch of exalted quests, but also to benefit the other players who live "exclusively" of raid bosses.

Now people still didn't get anything and your solution is to peacefull ignore them? In the end u doesn't seem to have so much consideration for your longtime players
But just to double check, did those reporting they didn't get the coins migrate their accounts before 01May?

Here's the update. Some of the NCoin gifts are still being processed but they should be on everyone's account by the end of the week. If that time passes and you believe you should have gotten them, please make a new thread to let me know and I'll have it looked in to.

it is not an error... This 5 days delay (until full completion) was made to provoke people into buying some coins before receiving free 400.
Imagine:
A person wanted to buy something, waited eagerly until today. Got nothing. Now what? A certain amount of them will go and spend 5$ to get those 400 coins.
Of course, they will get their free 400 coins later, but job is done, a person was involved into dark scheme...

This is working as intended (there was a translation error (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=273434#10) in the English version of the patch notes). In preparation for the changed SA system, the developers are already phasing out the old Soul Crystals. About three weeks before the next update, the Soul Crystal Change Stones will also be removed from the Mentoring Manager's sales catalogue: http://lineage2.plaync.com/board/update/view?articleId=599864
The good news is that, if everything goes according to plan, the already applied SAs will be kept and only be renamed (Health -> Body Stage 5 etc.). What I personally don't like is the gambling that's involved with upgrading a Soul Crystal to Stage 5. In the current system it can in the pre-R-Grade range also happen that a Soul Crystal does not level up when you kill a boss. But you keep the Soul Crystal and can come back another day for a new try. In the new system you will lose one of two Soul Crystals upon a failed upgrading attempt. This will cause a lot of frustration.
As you can see from the Soul Crystal drop list (http://lineage2.power.plaync.com/wiki/%EC%A7%91%ED%98%BC+%EB%A0%88%EC%9D%B4%EB%93%9C), the only way to obtain starter Crystals for your Compounding adventures is by dropping them from lvl 40+ raid bosses. The original idea was to give low level players something meaningful to do and provide them with a source of income. But at NCWest each and every boss on that list will be camped by Awakened players who then kill it with low level alts. Great unhappiness will ensue.
We're still looking in to why some of you haven't received your NCoins and I'll post back here once I've got an update for you.
