Censorship

These Official Forums are being ridiculously heavily censored. I've seen so many posts closed for no reason. I was warned for posting a mockup of a maintenance notes(way after they shouldve already had one posted). People are being accused of weird stuff -

"4. Do not make "call out" posts to target an NCSOFT employee, single out a player for ridicule or point out actions or behaviors in game that you consider unsportsmanlike. Repeatedly targeting another person will be considered ongoing harassment and will not be tolerated."

This was for the following remarks which dont appear to be ridiculous: "I had to take 5 yoga lessons and 5 anger management classes after that pvp"

Please tone down the censorship.

You were clearly not here for the Gustin forum revolution of 2004 -> 2008, 50% of threads were locked.

Some mods are more lenient than others - some mods have issues on opinions.

Exactly. This is a private company forum and they can kill whomever they like, without having to give any reasons. The question is, is this wise? And yes, it is wise. The impression this forum - especially the Naia section - conveyed under Vali was that the worst scum of this planet is gathering at NCWest. As you wil have noticed from the current Talisman promotion, NCWest is increasingly going for customers with high spending power. People with that kind of spare money are usally older, have jobs with responsibility and don't appreciate adolescent bickering about who is the biggest backside opening on the server.

If you don't like this forum, simply set up a "Let's hate Nova" friend group at Facebook. It's free and they don't censor. If you absolutely have to voice an opinion here on this forum, a simple trick is to use the "Preview Post" function before posting your text. If you see asterisks, you are doing something wrong. Since NCWest for some unfathomable reason has an emotional problem with the National-Socialist German Workers' Party, simply write "fascist moderator", or "fascistoid", or "totalitarian" or whatever :)

I dislike this comment, and I feel insulted. Pointing out that me, a player who purchases nccoin boss jewel packs may be old and boring is something I am unconformable being labeled as. Please delete this post, as I personally feel insulted. Insulting people is against forum rules and if your post is not deleted I'm not sure how I will be able to continue playing this game and visiting this forum!

You see the lack of logic behind that right? Look at the posts that are being banned, they're not insulting but rather commenting on the state of our server. Next, go look at the posts in the other sections (chronos) that HAVEN'T been locked, in fact they're worse than the naia ones.

You tell me which posts included PERSONAL insults or pointing out and ridiculing individuals, id argue both and yet only one of the threads is closed. (Well, 4 of the random threads on naia, very tame, go read them)

This isn't North Korea, but Casey seems to be progressing towards a heavily censored naia section, while letting everywhere else run wild. The thing is, a personal insult is all based on opinion as well, odd inst it? The mod deems what is insulting to other players without knowing their background or anything about what may ACTUALLY offend them.
