"Teleportation to the Raid is available every other Saturday between 19:00 ~ 22:00 Server Time"
I am a bit confused here... I thought this event was a all-servers join at the same time but it means that this time server they talk about is for everyone personal servers? e.g magmeld to me?

That says to me once again NC Soft has ****ed up ! I along with may people had a full pt ready for the event - I am getting used to NC Soft being inept
Epic NCsoft fail. You officially state that the Dim Raid will be on June the 20th. You get hundreds of people on all the servers waiting to port in. But according to the NPC the raid is NOT available on Dim Siege weekends. LOL.
Seriously why post "server time" when each server has its own time. The correct way to tell someone a time is with time zones, such as EST/CST/PST/GMT. Wasting a thousand player's times, all 99+.

Hello all, we looking into why the raid did not start when it was suppose to. More information to come.
Can you just tell us what 'server time' is? I ask because each server has its own server time, but this would be for all at once, sooo what is the 'master server time'?
As obvious as it is already, it does not look like the Dimensional Raid will happen today. We've reached out to the devs to for additional clarity on the issue. Will post more information when it is available.

Gludio, Elven Village, and Orc Village 88/93/98 Raidbosses spawn at 21:00 server time. Use your brains and minus 2 hours from the time you know they spawn at..
As far as the Dim raid not working.. A day or two of 50% bonus exp would be appreciated for this mixup. PLEASE do that instead of angel cat buff. I will even go out and buy a bunch of exp runes/pots if you did it for compensation, NCSoft, and everyone would be a lot happier with that as compensation too!
Ofcourse I'm not sure if it is a lot more work for you to do that than angel cat buff. Hopefully it isn't, but if it is I'd understand getting stuck with the useless angel cat buff then ;p.

Sad. This was promoted for the last 2.5 weeks. I hope that you can compensate lvl 99+ players better than with 30% runes. Maybe just give us all the 9 atelia crystals we would have received.

Unless the developers have deliberately designed a third version of the Dimensional Raid specifically for NCWest, you are going to have the same problem again on Independence Day. And it's also a major US holiday, so I doubt there will be staff to supervise the event. If I were NCwest, I wouldn't let people get excited about a July 4th Dim raid.
I personally don't think that there will be a Dimensinal Raid on July 4th. When you look at Merlot's dialogue, we clearly got the Korean version as of July 30, 2014 (the original version (http://lineage2.power.plaync.com/wiki/%EC%9D%B8%ED%94%BC%EB%8B%88%ED%8A%B8+%EC%98%A4%EB% 94%94%EC%84%B8%EC%9D%B4%3A+%EC%97%AC%EC%A0%95%EC%9 D%98+%EC%84%9C%EB%A7%89+%EC%8B%9C%EC%8A%A4%ED%85%9 C#hd100972) as of June 25, 2014 led to a total breakdown and had to be scrapped). We simply have to face the fact that the person who nowadays does the translations for NCWest has, because of a traumatic childhood or whatever, a blind spot when it comes to the syllable 없/"not" (see also the Adventurer's Mark mistranslation (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=273434#10)). They really managed to translate the word "no" wrong :D

There is no limit on how often you claim this buff during the 24 hours.
100% XP/SP buff does not stack with XP Buff 50% item. Tersi’s Herald buff can stack with all other XP items and Runes.

It is indeed true that the Dimensional Raid is scheduled to happen every other Saturday, but the starting point in both the first and the second version is a Saturday where there is no Dimensional Siege (차원 공성전********* 열리지 않는 주 토요일 (http://lineage2.power.plaync.com/wiki/%EC%9D%B8%ED%94%BC%EB%8B%88%ED%8A%B8+%EC%98%A4%EB% 94%94%EC%84%B8%EC%9D%B4%3A+%EC%97%AC%EC%A0%95%EC%9 D%98+%EC%84%9C%EB%A7%89+%EC%8B%9C%EC%8A%A4%ED%85%9 C#hd100972) resp. 차원 공성전********* 없는 주 토요일 (http://lineage2.power.plaync.com/wiki/%EC%B0%A8%EC%9B%90+%EB%A0%88%EC%9D%B4%EB%93%9C#hd1 00888)). I strongly suggest that you contact the development team in Seoul, linking my posts in this thread. Until you hear back from them, I would recommend everbody who is interested in the Dimensional Raid to stop by at Merlot this Saturday and check whether he lets you pass into the Raid Dimension. At worst you have lost a few Olympiad matches, at best you have gained a few Atelia Energy Crystals :)

Better edit the NPC to show current time and raid time related to the player's time, like the Castle Heralds.

Tersi dced on chromos server at 2:45am est. Wasn't even up for a total of 14 hours. :(
