There was an issue with some players receiving the bonus NCoin. It is being addressed by the Production team and those players that were missed will be distributed their free NCoin as soon as possible. The Support team is unable to circumvent or pre-empt this, though. You'll need to wait until the team has corrected the matter and distributed the NCoin to those players that encountered the issue and were missed.
We apologize for any frustrations in the meantime, though.
The missing 400 NCoin for many players that migrated their accounts is a known issue. We are working on getting a new list of these players so we can redistribute the NCoin. You will get your NCoin but it is indeed a matter of when. We are pressuring the data team daily to get us the new list.
If possible repair the event page that is taking place, specifically in Event Rewards, some rewards appear to duplicate shape.
Tersi’s Herald NPC will be available for buffs for one day.
Yet it keeps disappearing.

How come that NCsoft seems to have the funds to hire another forum moderator yet cannot afford to have live game masters? I mean, the game masters that would be monitoring the servers, promptly restarting them when necessary, detecting the problems on their own, and helping the players in a real time mode (let alone banning the bots). Wouldn't it be more logical than having to communicate via the forums which are not the same as the support department?
Seriously, it looks like NCwest is more concerned about its image in the forums (frequented by a few hundreds of people only) than the servers where all the actual player population is. This doesn't make any sense, to be honest.
Forum moderators and PR managers can only do so much for the company's image, while proper in-game support is priceless. Am I wrong?

To be honest with you, we did not spend extra funds for a new moderator. He is already a moderator on other NCSOFT titles and is assisting here. We also have a dedicated team that is on-call 24/7 for server issues. So when the server does go down in the middle of the night, the team gets a notification and they troubleshoot the issue.
I can't tell you one thing is more important than the other because the community is my priority and that includes forum moderation. That is my team's responsibility and it is a part of a larger organization that has many roles. I do think it would be beneficial to have additional resources to tackle our issues like botting, but taking one person away from a completely one team isn't going add another person onto another team. There is no denying we don't have issues and we as your community team will continue to escalate to the right people to address and minimize those issues.

The name change list has been brought up quite a bit, and it is on our radar, but unfortunately I don't have a time frame for when it will be updated as it requires some backend work as well. I'll keep asking internally about it though and will let everyone know as soon as I have an update.

you can obtain nectars from monsters aswell, not only from the ncstore
can you tell us what is the rate for the nectar to drops, because from 300 mobs i saw it dropping only once
i`m verry familiar with the previos pumpkin events, which are the same like this one, and the drop rate is very different from what is should be
Since we had some issues with the Tersi's Herald NPC not wanting to stay in place, we're extending the time slightly to make sure that everyone has a chance to access it.
I just couldn't resist to post my own opinion on this.
Firstly, where is Vali and Juji are they gone?
They were not the angels either but Juji did really decent job here with Juji lab, korean patch notes and support.
Secondly, NCSoft had opportunity to start over and learn from their mistakes with GOD launch but they didn't care. Servers are in same situation as 5 years ago.
On the other hand you succeeded to improve real money trading, introduced L2 Store and increased your income quite a bit and extended dead game lifetime for few more years.
However latest developments just confirmed that you are out of ideas and you are admitting this game is dead. Many players already left servers, newbies cannot compete unless they invest thousands of dollars into making their char competitive, but guess what bot owners and guys doing RMT gets all the stuff for free. You are adding adena sink updates one after another, you are adding to L2 Store expensive items to get as much income as possible until its not too late. Couple years ago there was always some delay usually like 6 months or 1 year between massive L2 Store promotions of epic items. Now you are doing something every two months.
And Hime and BusterCasey how much do you know about this game if you do know anything at all?
Every time there comes any changes to the servers they either start crashing, restarting, lagging or hell knows what else. Like now for example. You have spawned npc Tersi Herald in server as compensation or whatever else was the reason. You said that it will be there for couple of days however you failed with this like other thousand times before. So Dear NCSoft stop making fun of yourselves.
Even if I had an offer to work for such company I would ignore it, because it is disgrace to work for NCSoft. There are bad company management examples but this is one of the best. Maybe that is your goal, who knows? To show the world how poorly managed company looks like.

You are responsible for all the given information to be 100% accurate since real time money is involved. If Budweiser is making advertisement for 1 dollar on the internet and you move to the shop and you have to pay all of the sudden 5 dollars, what you think will happen? Exactly ...
Change it to 1 in-game and take your full responsibillity for missleading and avertising it incorrectly on your own website.

It wasn't,(and we can all do our own speculation on whose responsibility that was,) so they offered to give us 24 hours of dragon buff, with "no restrictions on how often you can take the buff"(even though there's already a built-in restriction that you can't re-up the one hour buff if you already have it on).
3. The 24 hours of dragon buff wasn't up for even close to 24 hours, so it was arbitrarily extended an unannounced amount of time.
4. The buff was gone after ~29 hours(11:30-4:30), potentially even sooner than that, which may or may not have accounted for the delays of several hours that happened between respawnings of the npc (but with no transparency, we'll never know).

How come the you not know the if you change to dual/sup and back to class what you like to xp/sp you may get tersi buff again. To change you need 15+15 sec.If you have old b-day pot she not off when you change class so there is no problem at all. Only maybe if you use freya 10 min bufs they off when change class

I have a question, if i buy drop rune, the drop rate for nectar will increase? or still 1 hour 1 nectar?
And if increase the drop rate, how much? 10 mob will drop 1 nectar? or something like that?
