the raid spawns at 20:00 server time
instances resets at 6:30 server time
instances reset at 8:30 my time zone
atm is 22:06 my time and still no herald npcs, i see a huge problem here

So the npc in hunters village in naia will stop porting people at the time it actually should be supposed to start? This means that if someone who has been waiting for 3 hours will dc he won't be able to port anymore during raid window right? Also chronos people will be able to do the rb and then peacefully join olympiads, while for all the rest meantime big part of olympiads time is gone already.

It was also supposed to start in 11 mins but, since it started 3h before than time it was supposed to start, i can bet it will stop 3h before right time.
Simply npc in dimensional server are following dimensional server time (so chronos time) while in the npc in hunters village is following the time from the origin server, so a different time for every server.
Bartz server can not port to dimensional raid. We informed NCSoft of the issue last week and they told us nothing wrong with Bartz. Obviously poor customer support and yes there is an issue still since we can not port over for dim raid from npc Merlot in hunters village. What are the odds that this will actually be fixed in time for us to port over while the dim raid is going on? This is the 2nd week in a row that you've kept us waiting for a raid that may or may not happen. And this is after dim raids were delayed for weeks because of your additional QA work on them.
As compensation how about completing the dim raid quest requirements for everyone with the exalted quest on Bartz. It seems pretty obvious that fixing this isn't a priority.

The text on the raid explanation page is misleading. It should say "... 19:00 ~ 22:00 Dimensional Server Time" aka Chronos time.
Apart from that it looks that while the timing on the Dimensional Server was correct, the Merlots on the main servers were running on their respective home servers' time. In the USA it's earlier than in Europe, and the doors on Naia early opening and early closing seem to indicate that, with possible further complications from Summer Daylight Saving Times both in the USA and Europe.
If it's any consolation, in Korea, a one-timezone territory, it took a whole month until they goi the Dimensional Raid up and running :)

A definite answer can only be given by Juji, but my guess would be that the problem is the time zone. To be more precise, Merlot, who should be in the time zone of the Dimensional Server and Chronos, is actually and mistakenly in the time zone of Naia, so he thinks that the raid is already over and doesn't teleport you to the Dimensional Server any more, while on the Dimensional Server the raid is in reality still in full swing.
Let's hope that the coders in Seoul understand this and will synchronize the Merlots on all servers with the Dimensional Server for the next raid in two weeks :)

Any GM on? Problem still with Bartz talking with the Dimensional Server. Our time to port is 3 hrs later then everyone else still. We've sent in massive tickets into ncsoft over the past 3 siege periods for both dim raids and dim sieges they just say issue resolved and don't fix the issue. Really poor customer care from ncsoft not even doing follow-ups not fixing issues not giving a crap.
Indeed, despite reporting this issue two weeks ago, confirming that several people in my clan reported this issue as well, and raising this as an issue last week when we we had the issues with dimensional raid, the issue continues to not be addressed. Nice customer service....
1hr 16 min into dim siege still can't port Mermoden says "Sorry, that's closed right now. it's open only from 6 pm to 10pm on Sundays". Good thing support closed all the tickets we sent in over this issue with Bartz server. Quality control there thanks NCSoft for your outstanding wonderful support, NOT!!!! Quality control with this company is down the toilet.
So like we have been telling NCSOFt the npc time for Bartz to port over to the dimensional server is off. 1 hour after dimensional server ended I could finally port over. We've been sending tickets in about this for over a month but we getting the tickets listed as solved. Have a nice day and of course we didn't fix the issue because we don't care.
We've been trying to get the issue with Bartz for weeks fixed via the ticket system. At first GM Raphael told us there is no issue with Bartz, now he tells me that the GM's can't help us cause their team doesn't know how. I thought Juji was a part of their team and he was able to port us over about 15-20 minutes before the dim raid started on 6/27 somehow. NC Soft isn't even honest with us in supporting tickets. Below is the response I got this afternoon via my ticket that I had to reopen again yesterday because we all knew that it would still be broken for the players on Bartz.

I'm sorry, but the Game Support Team does not have a workaround at this time. Once a fix has been created and tested it will be made available in a future update.
Bartz server will not be fixed anytime soon since the support team thinks the developers need to come out with a patch to fix just one server. A setting is off by 4hrs but they don't know what they are doing lol.

The Production team, the ones that decide if compensation is to be provided, have not provided the go ahead to send any compensation for this issue. You are correct in that Juji was able to force the server, in that one instance, to be able to participate last time, but he is not a Game Support Agent.
As was mentioned prior, a resolution is being worked on for this issue. We do not have an ETA, nor any updates to provide you on the patch; as we do not have that information. The patch needs to come from the Development team, which then needs to be tested by QA. Once it has completed its normal checks then it is pushed live during maintenance.
So at the end of the day; we are not currently providing compensation, the issue is already known and being worked on by our Development team, and once we get a fix, it will be announced via the forums/website along with any other changes coming in that particular update.
I understand that you have missed prior sieges and due to that missed out on some rewards and progression. Should the decision to provide compensation is made (which likely will not happen until the issue is resolved fully), it will be provided server wide and not on a individual basis; as this effected the entirety of the server.
As you know, each server is on a different timezone so if we are looking for a permanent fix for the issue with Bartz, yes, the devs do need to get involved, which I am sure the issue has been escalated.
In the meantime, we will make sure Merlot allows players on Bartz to enter the Dimensional Server at the raid start time.

Mermoden if you look at what that message was about was the past 3 dimensional sieges including the one last Sunday. Merlot was when we posted about the dimensional raid on 6/27 We have the same issue with both just different npc's. Juji on 6/27 did something to Merlot to override it so we could port over yet we still got the error message but it worked (and we this was roughly 45 minutes after the other servers were able to port). 4 hrs after it was suppose to start we actually could port over there without error finally. Error was that it still said was not correct time and did not say we ported successfully something like that. Dimensional sieges on opposite weekends we get from Mermoden in our castle the same issue last Sunday we were not able to port over to the dim server (except our clan leader that can port 24-7) till 1hr after the siege ended. I sent ncsoft screenshots of 59 after hr still said wrong time 1hr after ended oh look I can finally port and then 68 min after it ended me standing next to Aden siege signup npc's with the npc's even saying it ended 68 minutes ago.
Appreciate your reply but the issue has been going on for over 5 weeks now for us. We've had some luck contacting a GM via the forums that is going to try and be on this Saturday for dim raid to help us port over which I am very thankful for. We had to contact him via the forums since the ticket support team doesn't do that and is not their problem. Also for the record just on some chance we had the wrong pc we tried for the past few weeks to port from both npc's just in case yet we knew which the correct ones is. I was able to port over at the correct times on a 99 alt on Chronos so I know that the times were correct as well as the npc. Think about this have you seen many people from server _19 on the dimensional server for dimensional sieges? Probably not there is a good reason only a castle lord clan leader atm can port over there from server 19 at the correct times.

Dimensional Siege just started (7/19/2015) any GM around so players of Bartz server might be actually able to participate for once? NPC Mermoden like usual gives us the message "Sorry, that's closed right now. It's open only from 6 pm to 10 pm on Sundays" The last 3 dimensional sieges we were not able to port over from Bartz till 1hr after the sieges ended (7pm est). Any help is appreciated since ticket support doesn't want us submitting tickets over this issue any more.
I hope the other servers are having fun at dimensional siege right now. You don't have to worry about server 19 Bartz because only clan leaders owning a castle on Bartz can port over to the dimensional server right now. I'm guessing now that the issue will never be fixed because no one really cares. Again this is the dimensional siege that started 15 minutes ago on July 19th, 2015. I was able to port over on a 99 alt on chronos with no problems like usual just not on my main character lv100/100 that owns Aden Castle from any mermoden (including one inside Aden Castle). Us on bartz will be able to port over starting an hour after it ended. Great support NCSoft.
Guess what dim siege started 3 minutes ago Bartz like usual can't port over since still broken!!!! Quality control here we've sent massive tickets into support but they don't actually fix stuff that is broken.
Bartz of course can't port over to dim server for today's siege. Thank you ncsoft for still having this issue despite we have been reporting it for over 2 months now!!!! Probably will never get fixed.
