I think from testing in clan, Kelbim was good until you got to +10 or better dark 99 daggers with +15% Physical Crit Damage Augment. At that point the soul shot bonus just outweighed the bonus from element.

There are many things to factor in, especially the 25% HP bouns, which some people try to diminish by saying dark gives 10%hp+10%cp = 20%, which is totally wrong.
Anyway as Diego said above around +9-10 the p.atk combined with the SS bonus outweigh the element and the other bonuses.
