Hello all.
As anyone been noticing any weird rates on converting normal R99 to Bloody with the help of Elcyum?
As tested by Juji, using Elcyum should make the chances around 80%. But my experience im getting more like a 50% rate and some of my friends are getting even worst rates.
As anyone noticed such issue?
