I bet $10 that u don't think before u write... with this event so many rmt ppl lost money... u can see epic intems are rarely sold for adena on the market those kind of intems goin straight to black market... so better give ur money to ncsoft that provides u this game then to some one who only wants to destroy this game...

If you are referring to botting or players getting banned for other illegitimate actions, this has been raised up recently. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned soon.
Why is it that NCSoft refuses to fix the basic of issues and instead just places crap into the L2Store to ruin the market and the game?
We can completely understand why it looks like we are refusing to address certain issues and some issues are more difficult to tackle than others. Again if this is about botting, we are actively banning the players and their associated accounts. Everybody has eyes on this issue and are ensuring the matter is taken seriously.
Now, we may have dropped the ball on some issues with Lineage 2, it doesn't mean we can stop updating the store. As you know, the store is our means of paying the bills like server costs. I want to see many of the game issues resolved as well but please understand the store updates and handling of game issues are not related at all.
If the player is a bot, is it really a real player? Even if it is far far too late, it won't stop us from trying and continuing our bans.
figure out how to ban 1 script/ranger user, you know the ones that actually ruined the only fun part of this game (PvP) then we can have a lovely discussion about your efforts

The store updates being your only source of income is an issue towards what goes into the store. There has to be a better system for you to make enough profit that will benefit the players and yourselves. Design monthly packages that can support PvE or PvP for people. Maybe making a system where NCoin -> Adena (you take a % of how much is converted). This would hurt the RMT.
While I hope you guys do find a solution to people being ban over multiple occurrences, seeing them brag on the forums and in game about being ban 2-3-4 times makes you look like a joke.
3rd party programs will always ruin Lineage 2 until another solution is found. PvP is destroyed horribly by them and PvE is becoming funny to watch when you see a 3-5 players following and assisting one player (and the player acts as if it's normal).
An idea for store:
The prestige set (including 100% xp rune) for instance would pull more people to buying that package. Even increasing it to $20 a month, I for one would buy this.
PvE Package, PvP Package, Buff Package (rose, valiant, pots, etc), there's many options.
New appearances, new hair styles, new masks, etc..

sorry, I realize you 're an employee and this is the company forum so you got to toe the line but that's ridiculous. Go in game with a regular nongm character, port to any town and post a screenshot. Stellar job implies 0 RMT ads. Which isn't in any way shape or form an accurate reflection of reality as far as NCWest (or whatever you call yourselves these days) L2 servers are concerned.That's the start. Then there's rmt bots, which ok you do occasionally ban, but nobody cares, cause if you port to talking island (or indeed any Kekropus quest hunting ground) on any server, there's lines of fresh rmt bots getting prepped to replace the ones you do randomly ban.
But endgame PvP bots you don't touch. And I understand that it's tough to ban dudes that drop a couple of thousand bucks each on every l2store "event", but don't insult me with "stellar" job. PvP bots, which IMO are the worst bots ingame, are 100% immune.
That was from one vote thread where someone complaning about bots or pvp cheating and the responsible for moderation voted "I dont care" that was one of the options.
By the time you could see who voted what. Guess what? They removed that feature after that event.
And it gets even better!! They censored this signature many times removing this line! lol, can you belive?!

How is the scripts issue addressed? There is no pvp anymore without scripts. Can you actually tell us if someone was ever banned for using scripts in pvp?
I've tons of questions that hurt, but I'll keep it short.
1 free acount and other account need to be paid would stop a large number of bots.
I had a friend who started L2 he had no space to hit mob in WOA with the load of bot, when he see that, he told me WHY am i still playing in a game like that and he uninstalled L2.
Understand that new players have 0 chance in this game if bots are not gone and it will refrain them live player to continue playing even from the start :/

you need buff pets, even if you play like iss
let them people do their job, if they fail as we think we can laugh on their faces, because those who will stay are the players (or atleast some of them)
so far some non-factores had bein banned, when we see the big factors cry we will laugh and celebrate

you need to temporarily ban more people and if those same people are repeat offenders and continue to bot/script on their main toons PERMA ban them no questions/answers even if they spent a lot of money on their accounts there needs to be fear in the community of botting and with the wave of heros that got banned people are already scared of getting hit with that perma
the next step would be to ban adena sellers and trace the proceeds of RMT from those toons to peoples mains and apply the same punishment temporary ban -> perma ban for repeat offenders
this way the community cant blame ncwest for "reducing the population" if you got temporarily banned and somehow thought you could continue to bot and got perma banned dont come to support/forums with a qq thread please
1) character who only farm adena 24/7 , not participate in any pvp action, and who sell adena for real moeny.
2) character from active clan who use bot to AFK exp his man clan to dominate in PVP.
3) character from PVP clan who exp with hands, but use scripts to win in PVP.
4) character who botting for exp and use scripts for PVP.
5) character, who legit on main, but run few bot trains that make him rich to dominate in game.
6) character who bot for exp, who use scripts for PVP, who use few bot trains to farm money for his main.
7) player who bypass restriction of 3 window, and log 7 toons to stay in town do nothing just for farm 14th Event
8) character who don't use bot or scripts on main, but he have ******* installed on PC (to help clan on raids or pvp with other character, not farm )
8) character who login to game when MS Office opened.
Tell me what you not like most. Who from them deserve ban.
Another question, do you see difference in:
1) player stay near his PC on exping, but use automation to use skills.
2) players who go sleep when his character exping, full afk exp.
3) player who use advanced keyboard or mouse with macros and ingame macros that allow automate his gameplay.
