what iss make

Hi, im new and i want make a iss, i begin with a Blade Dancer i thought all same after awaken, but seems not.
So my question is, im good with BD? or there is another bette?r, im in lvl 60 its good moment to remake it if its good choice take another.

I forgot to ask most important, is bad idea have iss like main? i will get easy partys, or partys use bot iss for buff and kick him?.
I want get a usefull proffesion, not a useless and cry for find a party to farm :D
