I have horrible luck at +4 with weps...always have, as long as I've played. And if I get +4, forget any further lol.
I have horrible luck with events. I know I'm "small time" with spending, but I think 5000 pouches opened, and 1 Antharas soul bottle, and 3 Valakas soul bottles are the only mentionable things I've won besides the run of the mill crap (passes, hair stones, crystals, etc)...and I have this luck with all events.
I have horrible luck opening anything with a chance of various items...I always get the lowest value item.
I have horrible luck getting the drop (kartia, raids, etc)....back when we used to actually get full drops, I was never that guy. Now that we get crap drops, once in a while I get the elcyum powder lol, but that's it.
My biggest complaint about L2 is Not enough Adena + item drops from normal mobs + Raid bosses. They really need to boost the drops so everyone will have enough to get normal gears to enjoy the game. My 2 x main toons both have 100% drop rate runes, and still the drops I've seen so far...are too poor.
Especially for raid bosses, 2 party raid boss should drop like 1B adena at least and like 2 x weapons, 3 x armors, 5 x EWs, 5 x EAs item drops! etc.
Yes, once every 6 months or so, Nstore can introduce new items like Lavien Rose Jewels, Overpowered shirts, Abundance talisman..etc, items that are really game changing but they should also make those available in-game over time, at least from raid bosses or kartia quest box etc. I mean, if they want to make some $$$ by selling stuff at Nstore first, that's fine but they should also do the follow ups by giving everyone some good chances to catch up simply by playing the game also. Otherwise, there will be TOO much Gear Difference between people who pay a lot and people who can't pay a lot, and many people will just leave the game and L2 will be left with few people who can pay...in an empty server. Without good server population base, I don't think any Bigtime Nstore shoppers will want to play this game any more in an empty server...
raid drops is ok, adena drop is not, matherial drop is not, quest reward is not.
the solution to all that problems are battling the program and winning
since there won`t be bots, nc can increase the adena rate 100x, mats rate 10x reward rate 100x (or more)
simple examples:
path of awakening got nerfed the adena reward like 100x cuz of bots who was exploiting it
adena drop in low level zones close to 85 got nerfed adena drop cuz awakened bots ... and so on

I can confirm the lack of adena on path of awakening. I'm grubbing around selling noob reward items for a few adena.
Carrot sales have offset that a little but only to the tune of a mill or two.
but 1 about this particular server, is management suck so bad, admins almost support cheaters, they only look at the forums to censor users, but don't do a thing about server problems, events don't exist since when? harmony patch? that was 3 years ago, now "events" are just promotions, flash sales or new store items...
1. NCwest's inability to attract new players.
2.NCwest's lack of communication with player base ( only person who speaks to us is BusterCasey and he is not much of help, since he's been quoting EULA most of the time ).
3.NCwest bot policy. I mean policy de facto not de jure.
4.Long lasting bugs, particularly the one with soul shots.
5.Lags in general. More new and graphically better looking games runs smoother than L2.

you have other things to be more concerned at yet you go do something like this yea call me names etc i dont care but these filters make it look like we are naughty words ....
Current complaints from my end would be mostly small stuff that is just annoying on a semi daily base.
1. Random gameguard fail error with no error code.
When you login a bunch of cubic toons in a row somewhere down the line i always end up with a random gameguard fail error (no error code either), which makes doing these cubic toons quite cumbersome because it happens every few logins (even when changing between toons on the same account).
Feels like it happens when you just try to go too fast for the thing to load / unload properly but then a cubic toon does not really need a whole lot of login time to do it's thing, it's just log in - press F1 for use cubic - relog to next all but a few seconds time.
This random fail error turns a few seconds into a few minutes and with over 60 cubic toons usually eats up the first half of my full playtime.
2. Client 3 max login restriction.
Always feels like this is just 1 too few, have main on + buffer alt then i either got to choose between trader in town, scout, secondary alt to assist in k85/k95 or dailies, my crafter etc
Can't combine most purposes for that 3rd toon because crafter either crafts OR trades, can't do it at same time, has to be in town to do these things so can't function as scout either, can't do any of the things listed simultaneous no matter how i would build up that character.
Granted not many would have this need to play both a combo of main + buffer and at same time run a k85/95 on a 3rd char but i like a challenge sometimes and try to do both things at the same time to improve over time practicing it.
Would be nice if i could also choose to login main + buffer, have one buyer and one crafter to maximize efficiency there as well.
I don't leave computer on when i am not using it so using buyer / crafter during that time is not a option for me.
3. Minor game glitches.
Occasionally when i alt-tab between clients it makes my character move randomly to where the mouse pointer is at (i think).
Specially noticeable if a couple seconds before then i had clicked on something on another screen on my browser which shouldn't even register for the L2 client but somehow does.
Also sometimes get glitched in when i press on a skill by mouse, click in chat on question mark to look at a linked item or click on menu's / dialog screens my character moved to the spot under that location.
There is nothing more annoying then my character on the background moving all over the place when i am just looking around trough for example the world map or clan roster.
Also annoying when you click inside chat but just happen to miss click a question mark because the dialog moved (which happens a lot with random bot spam) that you move to that location, personally i feel like any click within chat box shouldn't count as a character movement action.
My semi fix for it is just to sit down my character if and when this happens but if these ones could be fixed it would make me really happy.
I am sure i have more little annoyances from game behavior but these feel to be my major ones that are more confronting.
I hate how we can only do a Kartia 2 times a day. Kartia kinda sucks, but it's something to do, whether it's group or solo. With all these passes, they should lift the limit so we can go at it more. They'd probably sell a few more passes from the store on a regular basis too, if we could actually use them. But again, money hungry NC doesn't always like to make sense.
