The Mystic Tavern (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/announcements/sneak-peek-underground-09042015.php) is a place for travelers and adventurers to come together and share stories. One of the mythical stories passed on is about Princess Melissa, later known as Freya, and her exile to the Frozen Labyrinth.

Princess Melissa possessed great magic power, but she was unpredictable and childish. Plots against her began to spread in the kingdom and former friends turned into enemies. As a result, Princess Melissa was banished to the Frozen Labyrinth.

The exile devastated her. Friends she believed she once had and the luxurious life she had as a princess was now gone. Only Kanna and a few knights from her former life stuck by her.

Brooding with misery and vengence, that’s when someone who called himself Sage Sayan appeared before her.

To start one of the three stories available at the Mystic Tavern (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/announcements/sneak-peek-underground-09042015.php), a group of five to seven players level 99 and above must sit around one of the tables in the Mystic Tavern. The group leader can then talk to the waitress who will start one of the three stories and send you to the instance.

공녀 멜리사 means "Princess Melissa", not "Felicia". She is named after this plant, and since she was a bad girl you also have the connotation of "Malicia":

The commander of her bodyguard is spelled Canna, not "Kanna". She is named after this plant. Note the size of the flower:

After they went into hiding, the Canna Knights/칸나 기사단 renamed themselves into 지니아 길드/"Zinnia Guild" (not "Jinia Guild") after this plant with a significantly smaller flower, hinting at their camouflaged underground life:

The place where Meliisa was banished to was called 여름의 미궁/"Summer Labyrinth", not "Frozen Labyrinth". It only became frozen after Melissa arrived there. The real-life basis for this is the Chengde Mountain Resort, also known as "Shangdu" resp. "Xanadu", north of Peking:

The problem is that in Hime's post it was not a minimum number but the number. By posting this incorrect information Hime has caused unnecessary distress to Jullie and her constant party members who want to play all seven together ;)

In this way you could avoid further misunderstandings. After all, Jullie has a valid point. It's just that the developers have already thought about it after the negative feedback from the Dimensional Warp and applied a better solution here. Problem solved, happiness all around :)

We can only speculate about the reasons why nobody in Korea does the Mystic Tavern instances, but from the description in the NCKorea Powerbook Wikipedia it seems that they are something like the Nightmare Kamaloka, with high HP monsters that make the Shot expenditure not worth the rewards (primarily the Mystic Soul Crystal Fragments for the 3rd SA which will be introduced with that update). If you are only lvl 99 you will probably need to go in with a full 7 person party :)
