So, personnally i spent like 15B adena, 10x failed from +6 to +7 to finally get one into +7!
i still miss the magical one now :D

Let's discuss about ur rate and ur luck and if u have any tachtic on how u do it :p

Bought 3 packs of 10 scrolls, so i guess 5k or 6k ncoin, got +7 physical and +5 magical.

NCWest is actually making you buy these new shirts? lol. On EU you can just transform a normal maphyrs/eva's into one for free.

That, and that the normal shirts are around $.65 each to buy

I changed my mind and decided to give it a go. Bought 2 physical reflect shirts and 10 blessed scrolls. Got one to +7 and the other to +6. :D

$750 spent. I was able to create 3 +7s, 2 blew going +8, i kept the last +7.

20k nccoins spent. Got 2 physical shirts to +7 with first 4k coins. Now I have one shirt +6. Both of the shirts blew going to +8, and took me 16k more coins to get one shirt back to +6, while blowing up the other one with normal scrolls.

i wont say how much i spent....but its alot. no +7 or higher since 1st day event. idk why i think its possible, maybe once set number are made nerf is applied...idk, but i spent enough for a used car. ty juji.

Got a magical reflect shirt to +7 tonight. Got a physical to +7 last week. 5598 coins spent for three shirts and 20 blessed scrolls and still have 4 scrolls left. :D
