With this week's game update that brings the arrival of Underground, we're also making some changes to the new player experience.
One of these is the replacement of the Fated Support Box with the New Player Reward System. Existing Fated Support Boxes won't be deleted or removed, but they won't be offered at character creation.
Instead, the New Player Reward System will allow players to gain XP runes and more accessories as they level to earn more rewards and making leveling up that much faster.
Looking at the screenshot, it appears this is part of the daily mission..
According to the known issues list, there is a problem with claiming daily mission rewards.
"Daily Mission rewards cannot be claimed."
Maybe it might be a good idea to keep the support box around until this is fixed, unless you are seriously trying to make every new players rage-quit?
Dont see many players sticking around if they need to use the D grade equipment they are given from the starter quests..

So your new update is already broke? Any plans on a fast fix or we will be without daily rewards for awhile, like our missing olympiad update for chapter 1 books.
