i not sure, but looks like you can take reward only for past day and if you was active there (some flag appear in clan window)
That flag appears when you stay 30 min online, so it counts you towards the "Login reward" bonus.
We were active obviously yesterday after the maint/update and made about 580k or so points for the Hunting bonus, we`re only 2 CPs and the other one couldnt even play coz they play in the mornings.Anyway, we made what we made, but we didnt get the reward for Hunting lvl2 and neither the Login Reward lvl2 ....

Clan rewards are not available the first day 10/14, make sure that you tried to claim the rewards beginning 10/15 after the daily reset 6:30 AM server time.
Juji is there any other clan rewards besides a lindvior earring? Is there a rotation planed? Because giving a lindvior every time is kinda useless, since the jewel lasts 7 days at minimum.
So Is there rewards for yesterday (10/14 for today 10/15?). If so, you now require a screenshot for your own broken system?

Clan rewards are unlocked on the following day, this is working by design.
But the Underground update launched yesterday so it was impossible for rewards to exist until today for the first time ever.
But, if it's causing issues starting today that's certainly an issue so we're collecting information to understand where the fault is on the live servers when we report any errors to the Development Team.

So the rewards that were farmed yesterday (from what i can gather) do not exist. All rewards will come into play (tomorrow) for what is farmed today (10/15). If this is so, why have other players gotten the reward?

Rewards unlocked on 10/14 are for 10/15
This process should continue indefinitely into the future unless the system is revised in a future update.
10/15 unlocks 10/16
10/16 unlocks 10/17.
Etc..
There should be only one day where rewards are not available and that was 10/14, as the update did not exist on 10/13 to earn rewards towards 10/14.

I understand, as we has 40 member login bonus in clan and we had 15 day Lindvior unlocked on 10/14 (live date). Today (10/15), we are unable to receive any reward for what we accomplished yesterday (10/14) game live date. I have talked to others and they have received their rewards for yesterday accomplishment.

so the clans that at the moment are "bugged" will only be able to receive the rewards after the next maintenance day?
i know how it works, just asking if devs are making something to fix this before maintenance or my clan that is able to get stage 4 everyday will only benefit from this feature at that time since a lot of clans already are using it? if not will there be a compensation for it?

Right now we don't really know why it works for some clans and not others so first the Dev team will need to investigate it (they're probably asleep still since it's very early in the morning on Seoul :D).

this system is very broken, my clan got the reward yesterday and today we don't while we had the same performance.. seems to be randomly when you can claim the rewards succesfully.. :(
I have a suspicion that if the clan leader is on when the system resets, it bugs out and it doesn't give the reached rewards. Therefore today I've decided to go offline before it resets and guess what, it gave us the rewards. Asked few other cls and they said the same, more or less that is.

It's good, but we didn't have a problem since cl logs out in mornings. I'm not saying that this is the culprit, but it's what seems to help.
We have a potential fix going out for this issue on Wednesday. A possible workaround is to make sure no clan member is XPing exactly when the server resets at 6:30 AM server time.
