We thought this was unusual for B-Grade drops in 85+ areas so we asked the development team if it was intended.

Yes it is intended, and they wanted to add more full drop item frequency, but could not use R-Grade and above items.

So they added lower grade items which can be saved for Old-school Appearances, sold to vendors for extra Adena or Crystallized for crafting.

Sry but "extra adena" from b grade sold to shop is nothing. Most like they said that as a joke.
Vorpal jewels was something from zaken, but thats removed as far as I see.

That is most ridiculous excuse I have ever seen No one ever liked the look of zubei to start with lol. Who needs b crystals for crafting? and extra adena is a joke.
