I'm having problems with extension [email protected] accounts, not reaching my verification code to logging, someone else had this problem and got any answers? and send my ticket on Wednesday. Too bad not participate the event of XP.
I had such problem too year ago.
It turned out that the reason was NCsoft mail server which added whole domain to their blacklist after some failed email delivery.
So you must ask support to remove that domain of yours - mixmail.com - from stop list.
It took me 3 weeks though to reach some decent guy in tech support who could understand what i was saying. First line support is dumb as hell.
Anyway, you should ask them about it. Good luck with that.
remove this stupid verification, people have accounts that were given to them from a close friend and some of which are not around or available anymore.
