I submitted a ticket already but I wanted to warn everyone also. I tried to open the 1 hr box and received no item, I was in combat so I thought it maybe got interrupted so I tried another, again, no item. Thinking it maybe was a glitch I tried 1 more the next day, still nothing. The 2 hr one works fine. Just a heads up.
p.s. Maybe it has been changed and doesn't stack with another boost it used to and wasn't added in it's description, idk.
That' s possible as I did have freya on each time, although 1 is a buff and emperor's is a rune in your inventory. It also may have changed this update, waiting for a response from my ticket. Will keep ya updated.

There is no emperor rune that last 1 hour, just two hours duration.
More than likely you have purchased the "Emperors growth scroll", that is a buff, not a rune, and it will NOT stack with freya, meaning if you open it, it would be overwritten by freya.
It has a very similar name so that could have confused you?
If you open a rune that does not stack with another rune, you will still get the "bad" rune in your inventory, so thats not the issue.
PS. Emperors rune stack with everything, I use it all the time when I grind something out.

Btw! I've used like 3 or 4 emperor scrolls in the last days and non of them gave me the +30% buff like it used to. Its odd, cause i've used them successfully after the update, but not today or yesterday. I get the scroll and everything, but when i use it, nothing happens, except the vanishing of the scroll... :(:confused:
And no! I didnt have freya scroll on the time i tried it.

Ya, that's exactly whats happening, it disappears but nothing happens. I took a screen shot, when I get home I'll check to see if I actually did have freya on, can't remember. If it also happening to you, I'm starting to rethink it's broken.
Came across this thread while searching to see what's going on with the emperor's growth scroll. I'm having the exact same problem. I used one earlier today and the scroll simply vanished and nothing happened. I'm running with the destiny pack, 1 hr erupting vitality xp pot and 50% xp pot. Wasn't using a freya at the time. I have 5 of these left now and it seems they're worthless. :mad:
You guys should watch how much "bonus" buffs you open at time, since it tends to lose due overbuff, just like normal buffs.
Remember that clan buffs (all 2 of them), along with fish stew, exalted buffs, mentee's appreciation all takes places in the same slot buffs as freya, marph, growth scrolls, event buffs and dragon buffs, aswell erupting and vita recovering potions.
In my case it was the freya scroll over riding the 1 hr buff, support was useless when asking what was happening. Same with erupting not giving a bonus on last mob in AF instance, they say "yes, there is an issue, you proved it, we will investigate it, ty," but they pretty much threw the ticket out and nothing changed and I was not refunded. Truth is these employees have no clue the mechanics and play of this game, no department communicated with the other or cross trains.
