As far as we know the Scroll of Blessing weapon or armor have 1/10 chance to give the blessed version of the item. With this new event a lot of scroll are on the market so i buy 50 and try to make a weapon blessed. All fail in a row !!
When I as a customer (and is not anymore just about a virtual currency since L2 Store is ON) buy something and i know that i will have a chance in 10 or 20 or 30 the get something I expect this data to be real not being changed overnight without any warning. I double check all the announcements and nothing regarding lowering the rate or something related to this.
This type of behavior from NCSOFT in many countries is considered a false market advertising and a fraud against customers.
Did you NCSOFT lower the rates of success during the event so we fail badly and push more $ to your wallet ??

This is sad. This is also why I never buy "chance" items anymore from this company. I still remember how it took me 14 attempts just to originally make my hellfire tali. Screw this company's "chance".
With about 60 low chance scrolls, I made 4 of 5 parts of my TW light set blessed. Last piece was done with the high chance scroll. If I count with a AH price, it cost me to 600m to make 4 pieces blessed which seems to be quite a good deal to me when one R2 bless scroll costs around 800m (Naia)

You got 5% chance of success per scroll, you "only" have 50.
Not the highest odds man, "should" have gotten 2 pieces blessed, but still low chances.
very true.. I did a long time ago 50~60 of those 5% scrolls in a row as well and not even 1 succeeded.. since then I never do anything with such low odds

Well... Right now on Shilen where im playing a blessed Seraph part for example is sold for about a bilion or so. A Scroll to bless an armor in the other hand sells for about 50m/1 and im talking about the low chance ones. so thats 1b for 20 tries to get ur 1 part blessed {based on mathimatics} + the adena u paid to actually buy ur part on normal state make +3 and also atribute it which would be around 150kk in total so 1b150kk total spent for 1 part every 20 tries that makes about 5b750m for a set to be made by hand from scratch.
My opinion? is this ->>> !WTB Blessed seraph robe +0/3 w-w/o atri 6b! pm me
Best option! seen blessed r95 NOT O-ed selling for around 6-8b depending on period and armor type!
Timing - Luck - Adena and a guy who is desperate to find 6-8b and owns a blessed set is all you need for your desired r95 blessed set! Takes time but saves money/tears!

BEAR+Stones? GEAR+Stones?
Much cheaper to purchase standard parts, enchant them with plain GEAR until they break or turn 8+ (lots of crystals for sure).
then use the scrolls to make each 8+ part blessed.
By doing your tactic, you end up with a clean blessed set, which will cost you 20 billion to enchant to 8+.
BTW there is an 8% chance of failing 50 of these in a row.

I can also recommend this route. Did the exact same thing.
You got bad luck i guess.. I used in total around 60/70 r95 scrolls. Not at once, but different stages, buy 14, tryed 14 enz. made 4 parts blessed :). So try your luck at different times. Maybe it helps.

if you sit and spam 100 in a row, if you failed the first 15 times, you'll probably fail the other 85 times.
if you do short runs throughout the day you are more likely to hit a good spot where you could get 2 out of the first 15.
just like this event, if you open 100 in a row, if you're in a good spot, you'll get an epic, some weapons, armor, maybe a talisman...
but if the first 15 boxes you get nothing but blessing scrolls, potions, enchants... you'll continue to get those throughout the entire 100 boxes.
the game has a weird sliding scale of good times and bad times, they move around, if you're lucky, you'll be in one when you try for something.
then again... it might not be the game at all, but maybe it's reality that has the sliding scale of good and bad times... maybe it's all in your head.
yes they modify every event the rates ... 1st day gives alot to drag ppl in and then nothing.... every event the same at least last 3 years i play. also they modified kartia pass drop chance to sell from store .. x40 kartias and got non while before event i would take at least 5-6 (I farm kartia like a year). they are a company with no respect to their customers just care to find more ways to milk the cow. we not leaving in a dreamworld ;) when it comes to money a person can kill another , modify rates in a game is nothing .. only way you can do is stop spending no matter wtf they do ... but seems most of server are rich kids who will spend no matter what so :)
