The first one (5.3b) say how much exp total you got.
The bonus, says how much of that exp was from bonus/boosts.
So your total exp given was 5.3b~, while bous was around 1.7b.
5.3-1.7 = 3.6b
3.6b*1.5 = 5.3b, adds up.
(yes i know the math is off, but you get the idea)
