This was my entry to the pumpkin carving contest. Since it got ignored for what I believe is because I just live in the wrong country, I'll just post it here.
They didn't even bat an eye to at least tell me I couldn't join the competition when I've sent them the results, which is just not fair. But yeah, it's fine that just american ppl are allowed to participate, why should any1 else on server have the same rights? **** this, really.
If any1 else non-US prepared a pumpkin and got ignored, too, I'd be happy to see your results here.
Im not sure that was the reason you "lost" or got "ignored" since if you dont mention your country i don't think they gonna bother to track down ur ip and find it out but yet i like the one u posted more than the 2-3rd winner's ones ;D

Since largest part of players are from outside US :P And also the timezones seted on servers say that themselves :P GMT +1/0/-1/-2

Yep, that's the point. I may just haven't payed enough attention when I read the rules first but I thought this time there was no restriction to special countries. But I just looked it up again and it says right in first sentence of the rules (you gotta follow a tiny link at the bottom to find it):
"Except where regulated or restricted by law, the Lineage II Pumpkin Carving Contest (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States
of America, the District of Columbia, and legal residents of all provinces and territories in Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are the age of majority or older (eighteen (18) years of age in most jurisdictions) as of the date of entry."
It doesnt really matter where u are from since they cant check it.
Your artwork is just kinda bad and not even regular. To be honest, they were supposed to rate creativity, originality and composition. Read the rules. According to this 3 things, the result should be rotated by 180 degrees.

originally i wanted to do Antharas, but i was planning on using watermelon as teeth, i figured it would be nifty... but i figured too many people would do dragons, so instead i opted for Scarlet van halisha... it wasn't easy finding good reference material, and i didn't have any quality video of her raids. i spent a day or so transferring the image into a black and white which i could then duplicate on the pumpkin surface... for my first pumpkin carved in 20 years... i thought it came out fairly well.
i spent some time trying to get a digital camera to work before i realized it was only 8 mega pixls so i just used my phone.it was hard to get a good image without the pumpkin being too bright. the composition is clearly not the best, so i don't fault them for not picking mine.
the poor thing rotted and deteriorated 2 days later. .
This gets brought up every time they have a contest and it also gets answered every time. They do not care where your from. You did not get ignored. You just did not win.
