I cannot find party for instances or open world bosses at low levels from 75 - 87 (I am level 87). Maybe it is because event making people leveling up faster, so newbies got stucked behind at low level after event ended. I do not have much time to play game and surely I do not want to play solo in online game.
You should not count K85 party on party matching by your naked eyes. There are many unsuccessful K85 parties caused by lacking of healers, warriors, players. You need a code to count successful K85 and low-level instances from server-side.
Because people is leveling faster in event, so most of Kartia party appear on party matching is K95 and K99.
I choose to play at Chronos because I see Chronos is crowded server but most of the time at low level I must to play solo?

Either try harder, make the party yourself or just play solo, because you've some serious problem with L2. Dunno maybe it's that you're newbie or trying to play Lineage like WoW or something....
Even Chronos is the most populated server, there are times that it will be dead like 1-2 hours a day, I mean people don't play 24/7(except bots) even players are from different timezones there are times that you can't see party in party matching.
If others are leveling fast, why don't you level fast too? +50% xp is still on going, what's the problem? If you can't see party on your playing time, move on, see other things you can do to get xp. If you really want to level you will do everyting even solo, besides lvl85+ quests are made for solo (e.g. swamps quest) also better xp if you are just alone IMO.
Now if you don't care about xp and level and just want to play with others, why not join a clan or make some friends to CP?
Also, you keep saying that code to count successful kartia instances. You meant like a command /successfulk85party? Or you are using 3rd party software which is not allowed?
All raids 85- camping and killing by 85- players.
Next level of raids: 88, 92, 93, 94, 98
So use: Alt+M->World Info->Raid for more info about respawn points.
About k85. Make sure that you playing at your timezone.
If your local time are PDT so not so good idea to play at chronos (utc-2)
I don't know about chronos, but I am sure there are absolutely no any troubles with any level of kartia at naia.
I am really unsure that situation at another server are different.
