Event Reward: Stones Mystic Armor Piece

hi did anyone get this from event capsule? i got 1 piece for vampire, but haven't seen any shout regarding this item. but then i only bought a few capsules from giran.

- is it tradeable, the vampire ones are not.
- do i need one specific stone per location, or are they like samurai one-piece suit stone
- what do u think would be the average value (if it were tradeable), based on the % of getting it from reward list.

You need 10x per armor piece, and afaik i know, you need 4x armor pieces for full set.
Meaning 40x of those pieces.

I HAVE seen them in auction house, but if that is a reward from event or mystic tavern instance itself i do not know.

* Was being sold for 150m.
Doubt that price is going to last, who is gonna pay 6b+ for a mediocre appearance?
