Since i saw NcSoft launched the new Server for North America , Zaken i thought why arent they creating a EU new server for people who are begginers or people who want to start playing but they dont want to face people who play +10 years in the server.That would attract many players like myself and others to come back at official and play.I would join Zaken but if i want to play olympiad i should be awake at 3 am and probably wont be able to find people to do dailies on normal time for me.So i wanted to ask if its a possibility that NcSoft opens a new EU server or i am dreaming ? :(
LoveYouVoula, all of our servers are located in North America. We cannot add EU servers as legally Lineage EU is contracted to another publisher.

Join the new server...start the newbe quest, at party 3 there is a huge bottle neck where you can watch over 100 (lets just say questionable toons) and about 25 live players all trying to kill the 8 quest mobs....Then ask yourself if you really want to be on a new server full of these type of players. :confused:

I think they wanted a new server for the Stream ppl that would join the game....they just made one very huge mistake. I have already seen more ppl quit the new server than stay (live ppl that is) after 5 mins on the new server going by the newbe quest you get stuck where there are 8 quest mobs and well over 100 bots streaming through to kill the 8 mobs. And no one from NC to look over this massive bottle neck on the first day of the new server :rolleyes:
I am just saying that the main reason people dont join official and they still play privates its because most of people here have a 10 years advantage which makes it impossible to catch up with them.So if you make a new server which will start from 0 the motivation will be huge.Just my opinion
1-85 levels are totally unneeded and boring, if you add to that many people or bots who are ksing your mobs it becomes boring and annoying, add to that fact that new players will run out of adena to buy shots cos drop rate is pure garbage and spoiling is waste of time, then you get poor annoyed and pored player, for me fun started after 85 dailies, daily raids and instances

they make alot of new server, if you start to play on server where are already many maxed players you dont expect to get to that level fast, you know you game will s*ck for some time while you get in decent clan and even then these top players will get better enchanted gear at that time, so with that low expectation you are not rly hyped about cashing in so much. BUT when you start on new server you have that idea, well may be if i grind hard i can get to best raids faster, mhh may be cash in some to get bonus, if i cash in now i will be on top for sure...
and they do, after some time when some cashers are established dominance on server they dont feel the need to cash in so much, so cash flow of server drops hard, then r2games just merge servers and people who were on top now had to face other people who were on top, and that thing comes to mind- hmm i need to cash some in to get advantage, i have +16 they have +16, few blessed scrolls and i will be ok, and they do
In lineage2 as stated above, if you know that there is a wall of sh*t to climb to just get to point where you are not one shot ko from top players, so how how hyped are you to cash in? or just better search some newer game?
all im saying dude has the point, to keep things moving there needs to be constant opening of new servers, like every 6 months 1 new server, and 2 less populated merge at the same time
