Bot problem

So I read the sticky on reporting bots and there's a couple of problems:
1. The support doesn't work. I click on support and the link doesn't work.
2. There's no real reason to report bots because they are so ridiculously easy to spot that all a GM has to do is go ANYWHERE and look for Orc Mystics with names like wtjheqrzy who are killing mobs and not picking up drops. News flash, those are bots.
So what (if anything) can we as legit players do to help control these? Can we make characters and name them Botkiller or something and PK them? Any suggestions or solutions?

when i was decided what class to make i was looking forward something that can kill bots and not become pk so i went with summoner, problem is as i discovered later in harnak (when it was still populated) that bots don't care if you pk them , they just keep coming back, like zombies, you need to target the brain - profit of selling adena for cash
